Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

The location was beautiful and the locally stabled horses were stunning to look at. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the breakfast was amazing. Location to BP Pulse arena was fantastic, quick 15 min walk but not through busy town roads or crowded footpaths, down a lovely country lane very peaceful.

A last minute booking and arriving within half an hour , found the room to be comfortable, immaculate and warm. Plenty of room for parking, private lane . Breakfast was amazing , fresh orange juice, perfect fry, toast and plenty of tea, all served on a lovely hot plate . Will definitely be back

We needed somewhere close to the NEC, and I found this gem of stay. Super comfortable beds and cosy accomodation. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Millie was helpoful with local knowledge which made our stay even easier, I would happily book again for next year.

In nicely remodeled stables with horses in stables across the courtyard. Very close to airport. Lovely full English for breakfast.

Space was tight for four and the airport sounds were significant for folks not used to such noises. The hostess was lovely

Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay.

Needed an overnight stay for the airport, very cosy and quiet. Would definitely use again, only 5 mins from airport parking, far better than a travelodge

Brilliant contact before our stay , friendly welcome,lovely accommodation very clean and the breakfast was lovely too. We would definitely stay again .

Stopped here for 1 night, room was nice and clean but it is a B&B and not a hotel. The host was lovely and breakfast was awesome but bed was hard, TV didn't work and was a good 1.5 miles away from anywhere else i.e. pub or such for an evening meal. On a plus point it is walkable from both NEC and the international railway station (30 mins or so)
