Good location, but the shower water supply is not stable

入住时间至凌晨2点太棒！所有夜间航班的福音！公寓在步行街，车辆无法到达。在广场前下车步行5分钟到公寓，再步行5分钟到前台，前台在一个小巷里。工作人员很热心，会带你去公寓。位置很好，可以步行到达所有景点，旁边就有地铁站。房间很大，干净，厨具齐全。有个小阳台，下面步行街白天很热闹，早上有警察骑马路过。床单被套是新换上干净的，只是枕套有个污渍是洗不掉的，可能这也是其他评论说脏的原因。建议换个新枕套。Check-in time until 2am is great! Gospel of all night flights! The apartment is on the pedestrian street, and the car can't be reached. Get off at the square and walk for 5 minutes to the apartment. Walk 5 minutes again to the front desk. The front desk is in an alley. The staff is very enthusiastic and will take you to the apartment. The location is good, you can walk to all the scenic spots, next to the subway station. The room is large, clean and full of kitchenware. There is a small balcony, the following pedestrian street is very lively, in the morning the police rode by horse. The bed sheet is clean and newly, but the pillowcase has a stain that can't be washed out, which may be the reason for the other comments :"dirty". It is suggested that change a new pillowcase.

接待人員態度良好，服務熱心，但網路連線不佳。

地點很方便，逛街購物最好選擇，雖然是公寓式飯店但是還是會定期來清垃圾跟換毛巾也是很貼心的服務

Check in 的地方跟入住的地方不ㄧ樣!Check in的地方很難找!雖然住的地方離地鐵站很近!但扒手很多!入住當天就遇到三組扒手!房間的鎖很爛看起來很不安全!浴室淋浴的水超小!小到洗澡很令人生氣!唯一的優點是房間很大而已!

浴室排水不佳，有汚水渠異味回流室內，Wifi 很差！

地點很棒 就在地鐵站旁邊 很方便

LLegamos cansadas despues de un largo vuelo con escalas antes de poder entrar a la habitacion y fuimos recibidos amablemente, en sus oficinas,en un comodo sofa, con cafe,te ,y pequeños dulces de la zona, mientras estaba lista la habitacion,Muy amables y hospitalarios. On the center of Madrid, great location, attentive and professionals

Great location in the centre of the city. Really easy to get around from this location. Everything is great. The kitchen is not fully equipped. We missed a breadknife, tablecloth and a cuttingboard.

It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.

Es complicado porque la entrada es por una contraseña que enviaron por correo y no lo recibí , sin embargo al ir a la dirección donde es la recepción para buscar las llaves la atención de Bertha fue nefasta con mucha molestia porque no sabía que se ingresa con una clave!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti prenotando un appartamento per 4 persone con divano letto e 2 letti singoli. La struttura e’ nel pieno centro quindi la posizione ottima, ma l’appartamento non ci e’ piaciuto. Aprendo il divano letto per i bambini era quasi impossibile passare per andare in bagno la notte. Il bagno aveva lo specchio malandato. La doccia molto vecchia e l’acqua calda arrivava a fatica (il getto molto lento). Non ci siamo goduti l’appartamento come volevamo perché anche per cenare era molto scomodo.non era quello che ci aspettavamo.
