地理位置非常好。海滩就在马路对面，酒店里还有一家餐厅。酒店旁边就有一家7-11便利店，步行3分钟即可到达中天夜市，按摩店也随处可见。所以基本上，你不需要去其他地方就能找到所有需要的东西。然而，我们的房间在4楼，酒店只有楼梯，没有电梯，我们带着很大的行李箱要搬上去。无线网络也用不了，我们向前台反映了这个问题，但他们什么也没做。客房服务人员很友好，也很乐于助人。

all was ok, except my room only had 1 power point, which was behind the bar fridge, and when I walked out with my laundry 1.5kg to wash in the Streets, the cleaning lady put her hand out and offered to wash it. little did I know that it costs 200 baht. only positive, is good location

ไปมาครั้งที่ 2 ครั้งนี้ค่อนข้างไม่โอเคกับการจองห้องไว้โดยที่ทางโรงแรมไม่ทราบข้อมูลการจอง เลยได้ห้องวิวทะเลที่เห็น ป้ายร้านค้าด้านล่างแบบเต็ม ตรงด้านหน้า (ระเบียง) ห้อง ส่วนอย่างอื่นก็ถือว่าดีในระดับนึง สำหรับคนที่ไม่คิดอะไรมาก

พนักงานไม่ค่อยใส่ใจในการบริการ

The hotel staff were incredibly rude and could not find my reservation. Rather than making the phone call necessary to confirm my booking (this after I had shown my booking voucher), they doubted the validity of Traveloka. They politely asked me to wait 10 minutes while they finalized the room assignment. Over the next 90 minutes, while being attacked by mosquitoes, the front desk proceeded to check in 3 additional rooms and did not work on my assignment until after I came up to complain, where I stood at the desk another 10 minute while they conferred with the manager and Traveloka and finally assigned a small room that looked nothing like in the photos on the site.

ไม่ได้ห้องตรงตามที่จองไว้ จองเตียงคู่ได้เตียงเดี่ยว และพนักงานไม่ทราบว่าจองจากตัวแทนใด ทั้งๆที่พรินต์ใบจองและใบจ่ายเงินไปให้ดู ต้องทำความเข้าใจกันอยู่สักครู่ค่ะ

ทุกอย่างผมว่าถ้าไม่คิดมาก ไปพักผ่อนแบบชิลล์ๆ ก็ถือว่าดีในระดับหนึ่งครับ แต่ขอคอมเมนต์เรื่องพนักงานต้อนรับผู้ไม่ให้ความสนใจลูกค้า สอบถามข้อมูลแล้วไม่มองหน้าลูกค้า พูดจาไม่ดี รบกวนให้ปรับปรุงด้วยนะครับ
