First, the staff were excellent, friendly, sweet. One in our party uses a wheelchair and the requested room was far from accessible. The glass door entry to the main bath area was wide enough but the door to the toilet/bidet area was only about 16". Not nearly enough. Also there were no grab bars to help him getting up from the toilet. So he required help for each 'trip'. The room our adult children were in had a terrible odor in the bathroom. They were relocated for their second night. The location was good for proximity to the train station and the views were spectacular.
