Room was clean, some reception staff was rude.

Good central location, excellent facility, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet and courteous service. Excellent room but I found it a bit inconvenient to operate the AC, lights and shower. That's an area for improvement.

the staff isn’t professionally trained. they keep calling the room for conveying same information through multiple people. they threaten you that they will double charge etc. after checking out they hold you until they confirm that you haven’t consumed mini bar items even if you say you did not which is very rude because as guests we don’t confirm if the mini bar was stocked! it is like you trust me but i won’t trust you. this is not marriott! not a great choice

Stay in the big sized club room was amazing. Bathroom shower was also good.

It’s an okay property for a short stay, located in an abandoned business park, sewer stench on the adjoining road, musty smelly corridors, poor and limited food quality…not worth a second stay

It is a business trip.

We had come for a reason and stayed two days. On the first day, we tried the to-go breakfast and were disappointed. On day 2, we did wanted a late check-out (for 2pm) and they annoyed us by 1pm. We explained the reason and they were apologetic for rushing us out. We tried avoiding to tell them the reason to avoid this in the first place.

Its OK. Chaotic restaurant service and the billing was sporadic. Frequent power cuts. Terrible in room control system and TV package was poor for english language.

This is a nice hotel in an office/tech part in Mumbai. The rooms are nice, up to date, and clean. The amenities and food are good. Overall a good place to stay when doing business in the area!
