Room wasn’t properly cleaned and pillowcase was smelling bad. Got one of the worst rooms on ground floor with smelly bathroom and not any balcony view even when booked it was different picture. Think that no other guest were on ground floor except staff. Maybe one room was engaged with guests in same floor ,all others were on higher floors.

Room was clean . Water leaked in under patio doors when raining onto wooden floor , reported to staff at desk & on review , no response / reply from the management room 360

Food and drink excellent. Fantastic feast. A pint of beer reasonable price. Entertainment very good. Nice alley walkway to beach and marina.

The staff in the restaurant are amazing they keep the dining room spotless even at the busiest time. They are friendly and so efficient. The bedrooms are also kept really clean by the hardworking staff.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and professional reception staff to the high quality and cleanliness of the room. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding—truly comparable to that of a five-star hotel, with great variety and quality. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool area had a building being demolished but work didn’t start until 10.00 am so no problem. Otherwise all went smoothly.

Clean room. Staff friendly and good food. Corridors are looking a little tired but i think they are doing it up slowly. Gardens well maintained though and enjoyed sitting out in the mornings with a coffee

Clean and tidy enough, bit dated in terms of rooms and public areas, quite noisy at night if your room is above the bar/reception area. Staff friendly, breakfast had plenty choices.

Personalet var flink, venlig, dygtig Værelset var under en stor brummende maskine på taget, sikke en larm! Badeværelset sjusket, mug mellem fliserne . Rengøringsvæskerne de bruger lugter dårligt.

Vi skulle bo på hotellet i 7 nætter. Vores første værelse var meget dårligt. Gulvet var meget ødelagt og ujævnt, det var beskidt i hjørnerne af værelset og håndvasken var stoppet. Og værelsets tilstand generelt var meget dårligt. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse efter to nætter.

Det var blod på vegger, tak og gardin. Dette hotellet fortjener ellers ikke fire stjerner.

Ligger senteralt. Godt med hjelp og ansatte. Rommene er store. Litt lytt kanskje på rommene. Hyggelig hage.

Arrived around 9 pm and checked in with no problems. The receptionist advised that if we left our bags at the reception desk, we could go down for Dinner before it closed at 9:30. After a nice meal, we collected our bags and went up to our premium room, which was large and clean, with 2 double beds. Our room was on the opposite side from the pool and garden area, so not a great view of the opposite building, but we did have a partial view of the sea. We were half board and found that there was plenty to choose from both at Breakfast and Dinner with good quality food. The hotel's Wi-Fi worked well, and the bar and garden areas were kept clean, with bar prices being very reasonable for a hotel. Great location for walking to the beach and up to the Marina, with the park not too far away, although this does mean going up the hill to reach it.
