It would be good to have a smoking ban in the pool area. However, the staff needs to point it out to those who smoke there anyway. It would also be good to have a smoking ban right at the hotel entrance.

Todo bien, lo único que el apartamento no estaba listo a la hora que tenia que estar y nos fuimos a comer y a la vuelta tuvimos que estar esperando hasta que vinieron con las llaves y perdimos la mañana y no pudimos aprovechar el tiempo

Llegada el personal de recepción,encantadores,un gran hotel ciertos trabajadores hacen que no volvamos nunca más,el primer día ,solo hicieron la cama, papelera, cenicero terraza, polvo etcétera sin limpiar, bueno uno se calla,mucha gente no pasa nada,el día igual, reclamamos en recepción ,me pregunto,a mí de que me sirve,he pagado un hotel,sin darme los servicios,a día de hoy no han llamado para disculpase, bajo a la piscina, pido un mojito,sin preguntar tú tienes que pagarlo,en principio tú sobra si pido se que debo pagar, estádo en varios BEST,el peor hotel con mucha diferencia

Nos hemos alojado en un apartamento y nos ha encantado!!! No se escuchaba ni un ruido, habitaciones muy amplias y limpias Íbamos con dos nenas de 5 y 2 años y se lo han pasado bomba en la piscina de niños y en el miniclub El año que viene repetiremos! Creo que es una muy buena opción para niños pequeños, para algo más mayores buscaría otra cosa ya que al menos la piscina temática está diseñada para niños muy pequeños, para 8-9 años en adelante creo que se queda corto

Check in lady was really nice. Check out lady was “wow”, when I kindly asked her to show me the receipt of the dinner drinks she shouted me “What do you want?!”, I was amazed. English is not my native language either, but I would never ask “What do you want?”, when I work in the reception of the hotel. Anyway, atmosphere was already negative and of course there was also a mistake on the receipt. Too many drinks on our bill. Pool area was really nice, new; as also the evening entertainment area. Bar drinks really good and not pricey. Dinner and breakfast okay. Rooms need an upgrade.

The booking said check in from 2pm but when we tried to check in at that time they said that we couldn't have a key to the apartment that we had booked until 5pm. This meant sitting around the pool with our suitcases for 3 hours in blistering heat with a baby and a 2 year old. None of the staff were interested in helping us. What a disgusting way to treat a family on holiday, the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves.

Very clean, children loved the splash park and kids club. Plenty of options at mealtimes, would return again

Recomendado para niños, tienen una piscina con toboganes. También hay una piscina grande para mayores con animación. La playa está cruzando la calle. El buffet normalito.

Todo genial menos la comida, estuvimos el año pasado y volvimos sobre todo por el buffet. Todo exquisito. Varios arroces, de verdad no arroz blanco con colorante aceitoso. Y varias pizzas, no una con maíz y pimiento y no seque más que no suele gustar a nadie y además de pésima calidad. Había wok y etc. el año pasado nos costó más barato y este año siendo más caro la calidad muy mala.

For me, this hotel is an out-of-season only option. In the high-season, the clientele will be mainly families with younger children… and it's well-suited to this group.
