Fab all round place, location and staff excellent

Struttura che necessiterebbe di una revisione (mobilio un po datato, camere da insonorizzare data la vicinanza all’aeroporto, piccole manutenzioni, ecc.) ma nel suo complesso la struttura é molto bella. Camere pulite, servizio molto curato e sempre puntuale, massima disponibilità e cortesia. Ideale per vacanze di famiglia o come punto per escursioni

From the moment we arrived to departure,the welcome we got was so wonderful from the staff. We have been to Egypt over 12 times and would not go to any other hotel than the sierra. The staff at this hotel are great and really hard working.they can’t do enough for you

I only stayed for two nights before moving to another hotel but which I had stayed here longer. The facilities and room were clean, staff were incredibly friendly, the amenities were great, and the food was delicious! Because Sierra is part of the Savoy complex at Soho Park, you can get discounts are restaurants at the park as well which is extremely convenient. I would definitely come back here if I come back to Egypt.

Otelin gym alanında airpods kutum çalındı. Kamera kayıtlarına bakılmasını istedim. Çözünürlük kötü, gym içinde kamera yok gibi bir sürü bahane sundular. Halbuki gym kapısını gören bir kamera vardı. Hırsızlık kaydı oluşturulmadı ve görüştüğüm kimse benimle ilgilenmedi. Berbat bir iletişim ve sorun çözme becerisi sıfır. Otelin beache giden otobüsü 20 dakikada bir geliyor. Bazen dolduğu için binemedik ve tekrar 20 dakika bekledik. Sıcakta epey can sıkıcı oluyor. Bahçe için ilaçlama yapılması lazım gece her yerimizi sinek yedi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, yemekler harikaydı, temizlik iyiydi.

One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama. The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets. they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming gift. Soho square is just at the door step and the guests at Sierra can enjoy the shows every night for free and there is a sierra bar for free there too. The shows start at 8:30 till almost 3am. the rooms are very clean and the staff at the hotel are always smiling and welcoming. the food was good to very good.
