Our stay was made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality and generosity of the staff. From the moment we checked in, our party was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The team took the time to thoroughly explain the facilities, amenities, and everything available to us, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a comfortable stay.
What impressed us most was their thoughtfulness. Upon learning that we would be leaving early the next morning, they kindly offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us—a gesture we greatly appreciated.
The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Each morning featured an abundance of fresh fruits alongside freshly prepared Western breakfast dishes, all of which were delicious and of high quality.
They gave us a villa which is spacious and clean equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Lots of sofa and chair to relax with and beach chair outside the villa where we sat before our day ended.
Our villa was made sure to be tidy and freshened up when we go back from a day of exploring the island. And they always treat us with the tasty chocolates from their store.
These thoughtful touches and outstanding service made our stay in Madeira especially enjoyable. The experience was wonderful, fun, and one that we will remember fondly.
