Chic hotel with great location. We took the suite and surprisingly found that the extended sofabed was a king size comfy one. We very much enjoyed the time we spent in the hotel.

It was beautifully decorated, unique and the staff was excellent.

The property is stunning but the staff is what sets this hotel above all the rest. From pre-arrival to check out the staff was over the top! I can’t say enough about the service. Can’t wait for my next visit to this fabulous property.

It was a wonderful property. Easy to get to by water taxi or by water bus. Very friendly staff and concierge. Very clean rooms and close proximity (walking) to almost anything you need! Highly recommend

Had to cancel my trip giving 4 days notice due to my son falling ill. The front office and management showed zero compassion or understanding and would not provide a refund under these exceptional circumstances. Unbecoming of a supposedly 5 sta property. I would avoid this place.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast that they serve is large with a lot of variety. They cater to many types of dietary needs. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were the most friendly and attentive hotel staff we have ever had. Amazing people - would highly recommend to anyone!

Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. We loved all of the family-owned surrounding restaurants. Steps away from the #2 boat bus line if you prefer to get around that way.

Great location in a quiet area. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and very helpful. The too and facilities were top notch. An excellent choice
