Dirty, smell & small room. Very very bad service hotel, and no facilities hotel. The elevator & corridor is so terrible. The location is poor. If walk to Avenue des Champs-Élysées / triumphal arch, need over 15 minutes.

A good hotel downtown in Paris in a lovely quite area, reasonable cleans and with nice cafés and local cuisines all walking distance, as well as from parks, metropolitain and Le Chanps-Elysèes. I am soo looking forward to enjoy good meal again all around and about next door...as soon as I can A tout l'heur, or so they say 😉 Ciao Ciao

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. Comfortable bed and room with bottles of water restocked each day too! Walkable from the Arc and loads of nice restaurants. I’ll be back!

Hotel a una decina di minuti a piedi dall'arco di trionfo. Eccellente rapoorto qualità-prezzo. Camera spaziosa, pulita e letto conodissimo. Consigliamo solo di mettere una luce nell'ingresso, per rendere visibile l'interno dell'armadio.

I went in August which is the best time to go to Paris IMO. The hotel staff are super lovely, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and well looked after. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the toilet and showers are all in great working condition. Facilities are basic but there are no points off of that. One point is off for the lift as it’s very old and takes forever to arrive. Overall a very pleasant stay and if I were to come back to Paris I’d stay there again.

It was quite neighborhood but we were able to walk to most of the big sites in Paris. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room was everything we had booked and paid for. Clean, roomy, everything you expect. Service was good also and very helpful with local recommendations.

The hostess went out of her way to get a room ready for an early check in which was very helpful as without consideration I had booked to stay on bastille day and everything was closed when I arrived 5 hours before check in

Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel. Toutefois, nous avons été très contrariés en pleine nuit par le déclenchement de l'alarme incendie qui s'est mise en route deux fois en raison d'un client fumeur mal intentionné. L'hôtel n'est pas responsable bien sûr mais comme c'est la première que cela se produit, c'est à signaler. Un geste a été fait au moment du paiement des petits déjeuners qui nous ont été offerts suite à notre demande. Un remboursement intégral du paiement de la nuitée aurait été fort apprécié...
