Seldom write reviews especially bad ones. Disgusting toilet with mold and rust, plus stinky smell without ventilation fan! Could hardly turn around the shower area. Rather paid at other hotel and left!

我們這次總共在這家旅館住了五天!! 櫃檯人員非常的親切有禮，交通位志良好。但就我而言飯店最主要的用途是提供短暫舒適的休息~所以我給它的總體分數並不高! 房間清掃就只有將床單鋪好垃圾清掉，地板完全沒吸(因為我看到我們離開前的小垃圾還在地上)。房間如果不開窗戶的話很悶，開窗又很吵!!!很淺眠的人時在不建議住這裡!!! 另外，這間客房的安全性也有待加強! 因為每次客人出旅館時，要將感應卡放在櫃台，而回來時並沒有確認房客的身分就直接將我們所述房號的鑰匙交給我們(晚上給我們房卡的服務員一次也沒見過我們)!!! 所以與其花這些錢來住這裡，不如在網路上多蒐尋便宜又舒適的hostel~

Un poco descuidadas las habitaciones.

Excellent location, just off of Place de la Republique. Staff welcoming and bilingual (respected our wish to speak French). Rooms are dated but cleaned daily and the ensuite is tiny. Bed leg was broken but repaired.

One bed had bed bugs. Now we are dealing with that.

It’s my second time staying here. Overall it’s a decent hotel. The beds are super comedy and the staff are extremely nice. This time, the only downside is the bathroom. The shower overflowed every time despite our efforts to stop it and the floor was wet all through the apartment

Point positif - L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation géographique parfaite pour explorer République. Points à améliorer - La chambre était plutôt petite et mal isolée, avec une température élevée même en automne, rendant le séjour inconfortable malgré la présence d’un ventilateur (pas de climatisation). - Une odeur persistante de tabac froid était perceptible. - La moquette semblait ancienne et tachée, ce qui nuisait à la sensation de propreté générale. - La salle de bain était très exiguë : la douche, particulièrement étroite, rendait difficile la récupération d’objets tombés. La colonne de douche était mal fixée et cassée. - Des traces d’humidité et de moisissures étaient visibles dans la salle de bain, et les odeurs d’égouts étaient présentes. - Le rideau occultant dans la chambre n’était pas correctement fixé et il manquait des équipements de base comme la lunette des WC. - L’eau chaude était irrégulière, alternant entre chaude et froide pendant la douche. - La literie était beaucoup trop ferme au point de provoquer des douleurs dorsales et de perturber le sommeil. - L’ascenseur, très étroit, est peu pratique pour les voyageurs avec des bagages volumineux. - Présence permanente de livreurs à domicile devant l’hôtel, souvent bruyants et regroupés en nombre. - Le petit déjeuner était très basique : un seul croissant par personne, avec peu de variété et des options limitées. - L’hôtel donne une impression de vétusté et aurait besoin d’une rénovation conséquente.

The room was clean but we couldn't sleep. We felt things in our bodies. They have rugs on the floor and they smell bad. My children woke up bitten, that is, bed bugs. They need to be more hygienic. In the end, tourists look for a good and peaceful sleep. When we arrived, the girl gave us attitude. It seems she didn't have a good day. The next morning she was like a different person. I definitely don't recommend it nor would I return.

Sketchy location. Tiny hot smelly room. Asked to order shuttle to CDG. Instead got independent driver who charged 65 euros from right bank when it should have been 56 at most.

The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance, and the area is incredibly clean.

Very small but cozy. Friendly staff and front desk. Allows luggage storage until room is available. Room clean small but cozy. Don’t expect any sort of view out windows. I am okay with that since only need room to sleep. Very close to metro and such.

Lift went only to 4th floor. ‘Had to climb to my room on 5th floor.

Desk manned all night. They were able organise me a taxi when asked at 5.20 am

I loved the staff, the location is good. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Only downfall to an otherwise fun little place.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN pero las habitaciones del primer piso en lo particular la 105 las ventanas dan para un cubo que esta asqueroso y desagradable, no tienen aire acondicionado y mala ventilación.
