Convenient location

The location in Miraflores couldn't be better. The restaurant food was good and the service was quick. The room and bathroom were very clean but had very few amenities and was very crowded with two people.

Great location for shopping.

Very good location and close to everything. Felt secure and had door security. Clean and housekeeping was attentive. Rooms were a bit small but good for the price we got on Expedia. Had live music on Friday.

My first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint! Although the room is on the small side, but i didn’t mind that much, i was not there to spend my time inside the room. Breakfast over the weekend is great with omelette station, during weekdays is just buffet.

The beds were smaller than expected. Older hotel. Overall, okay stay.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The rooms are simple but very nice and had all the amenities, the breakfast was excellent and even the restaurant food at night was very good. The price is amazing. It is just a couple blocks away from the very expensive Marriott JW hotel.Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The entire property was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Elevator problems, Door luck needed to be fit.

Internal construction right above and next to room. Unbearable noise during the whole day and also during the morning on a Saturday (imagine standing next to a pressure hammer). This should have been disclosed earlier or ideally the affected rooms should not even be available. Other than that everything ok. Friendly staff.
