Absolutely enjoyed our stay there.

Outdated bathroomrooms/rooms need maintenance/ loud hallways/

Room was small, but staff were good.

I felt like we were at a resort. We had a great stay. The staff and amenities were perfect.

The room was as clean as it could be with the old furniture, old carpet, older tv- both rooms in our group needed a major update. Carpets in rooms and hallways are gross. Amenities- are great, great pool area with super friendly staff in restaurants and front desk staff.

The room was very spacious and great for a family but a couple of things didn't work, like lights, room phone and we kept having issues with one of the toilets. Loved being able to walk to Kicking Horse Cafe each morning.

Copper Point is very nice! There are a ton of kids here, so if you are looking for a romance getaway this is not the place. Very nice setting in the mountains!

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Pull out couch bed was not overly comfortable and the windows in the living room were not all covered in blinds so it was bright in there way earlier. Overall, would stay again and staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a fabulous hotel! Lovely property, great amenities- pools, gym, on site restaurant. Very comfy room. Will definitely return!

Restaurant super ,the room very mediocre, bed to small a double bed with the p tac directly at the level of my husband face we have to shut it of ,unacceptable, bathroom light to dark At check out nobody ask us ‘’how was your stay ‘’was every thing ok ??’’ None pay the bill and of we go

I left an item behind and the shipping is gonna be for a less than 5 pounds $200 Canadian if you use the postal system it be maybe $50 total but you want to use UPS or purolator for a ridiculous amount of money so I’m gonna ask them to hold onto it till the next time I go through BC

We loved this property! The one bedroom suite was amazing!

The hotel was not very clean in the rooms. The bar near the pool is not open, there is no music. The restaurant is 7/10.

Was a nice hotel. Only stayed for short time, but amenities looked great

The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them pictures.
