We had a great time

I didn’t have

The walls are extremely thin and I could hear my neighbor hacking up his lungs. I also am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that there was a dirty tissue on the floor when we walked in

Needs to more attention to cleanliness, one of my towels in my room was falling apart and shredded on one end. Big cockroach came on the towel on my last day staying. Staff was great, but property definitely needs some upkeep and janitorial work.

Beds were horrible. Bathroom door did not stay closed. Music from roof top bar was way too loud. Could hear it a few floors down.

Martin helped me, and he is such a great person to explain the location plus taking care of costumers I would stay at this hotel Again because of people like him. Thank you Martin for making my stay prefect.

The room was terrible. Bed was horrible. Mattress was directly on floor. Only a small wooden chair which was very uncomfortable. Would never stay there again.

We refused to stay in after seeing the state of the property. Room was covered in cracks both on the walls and wooden fixtures. Stains on the floor near the need that looked like bodily fluids. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE COURTAINS AND POINTED AT THE BED FOR VIEWING! Absolutely disgusting. Now the place is trying to refuse a refund. Please somebody from Expedia contact me

I had a wonderful stay at this property in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan. The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything I needed and surrounded by amazing food options, from casual bites to upscale dining and lots of art exhibitions! The room itself was unique and thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood!

The last night I stayed I woke up with bed bug bites over my leg, felt like the cleanliness of the room is far from a 4 star

It is good hotel but definitely need some update as it seem outdated and my shower only hat boiling water. Otherwise the staff were amazing.
