It is a very convenient location, very close to the old city centre. Reception is very nice and helpful. Room is good and clean. Very satisfied.

Clean room that was made daily. Everything felt safe and secure. Quiet room with minimal noise from street and other guests. Would stay again. If you are thinking about stay next to Plaza Mayor can not beat this combo of price and quality.

Tutto perfetto, unico neo la mancanza del bidet, che per un hotel con questi grandi spazi è proprio una scomoditá senza senso. Il resto eccellente, comodo il letto, bella e nuova la struttura. Affidabile e cordiale tutto lo staff. Posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla metro, ottimi bar/caffetterie e tutte le zone centrali a pochi minuti a piedi.

Very nice, friendly, excellent all around

We had a wonderful stay at Catalonia Plaza Mayor in Madrid. It’s centrally located so we were able to walk every where. We stayed on the fourth floor. Great room. King bed. Shower, no bath tub. Free WiFi. breakfast available for cost. Very clean rooms. Daily housekeeping service. They also offer laundry service. The ppl who work here are VERY very accommodating. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for walking. Oh! I almost forgot! They also have a hot tub & gym downstairs! The hot tub is open until 11pm. And the gym is 24 hours. It was a very nice experience. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Madrid!
