工作人员服务很好，而且非常友好。

酒店非常干净，离四季酒店很近。 晚上的婚礼可以请化妆师来化妆。 工作人员很热情，会提供很好的建议。一定会再次使用这项服务。

一切都很好，完美。我会考虑再次预订这家酒店，只是Wi-Fi有时会出问题，网速不太快。希望他们能修复这个问题，一切都很好。

房间足够大，适合一家人入住。房间干净整洁，客房清洁人员和前台工作人员对客人都很友好。

A nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of Bangkok city. nice lobby, delicious breakfast menu, clean and comfortable rooms, cold AC, bathroom quite spacious and clean, warm water works very well. Clean rooftop swimming pool on the 9th floor, you can see the sunrise and views of Bangkok city, love it. The hotel's location is strategic, close to 7-11 mini markets and BTS Saphan Taksin station so it's easy to go anywhere, lots of varied street food snacks typical of Thailand, The hotel staff was very friendly from the beginning of check in to check out, always greeting from behind the receptionist desk and asking how our day was in Bangkok? how about Thai food? I'm said "aroi mak mak phi" hihi every time we come home from touring the city of Bangkok. 🫶🏻 I forgot to ask the name of the friendly & funny receptionist, unfortunately when we checked out he was not on duty hihi, Sawadhikap phii, I hope you are always healthy and always successful. one day I will come back to this hotel to stay🥰 khap khun khrap ✨

Breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful. The room was new, bedsheet was clean but pillows were too small for me. I also saw some hair on the floor may be the housekeeper did not clean the floor well. The TV was quite small. Except that overall worth stay.

กะเทยปากดี ห้องพักตอนแรกสะอาด พออยู่นานๆไม่สะอาด ทำความสะอาดก็เท่านั้น ห้องน้ำไม่ล้างใคร

ทำความสะอาด เหมือนไม่ทำ เหมือนเดิมมาก คนเป็นกะเทยปากดีมากบอกขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ถามว่าเปบี่ยนทำไม ไม่จำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยน คือเงินใคร เงินเราไง(กะเทยแก่ที่ผมทรงกะลา)

ก้องใหญ่เตียงเดียว ห้องกว้าง สะอาด บริการดี 29/10/22 ยังอยู่ในช่วงปรับปรุง มีเสียงนะคนนอกรบกวนเล็กน้อย
