We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.

I stayed there for three nights with friend traveling to Peru for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and is located in nice location about ten minutes walk to plaza de Armas. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me switched to different room. Toilet flush was a little slow. Breakfast was nice but selection is limited. Given the price I paid to be compared with hotels I stayed in other cities of Peru, I can only give 4 star rating since price performance ratio is not the best.

入住時"現場"員工服務親切，在check-in等候時，員工馬上遞上迎賓茶水，飯店舒適整潔，浴室乾淨新穎，早餐簡單，飯店離武器廣場大概走10-15分鐘距離，離太陽神殿只要3分鐘。 我們在4/14-4/16入住HOTEL LP CUSCO。在入住前1晚4/13收到飯店寄送的mail，信中內容說明「Unfortunately, there was an issue with the method of payment you provided when making your reservation. Please call us at +51-6119001 to retain your booking.」，所以我們馬上打電話至飯店詢問，但是飯店接電話的小姐(Her name is Rocio)態度非常惡劣，愛理不理的，還掛電話，我們打了3通電話溝通，都是Rocio接的，Rocio最後還說要直接取消我們的訂房。 因為不想臨時再找飯店及也怕被飯店取消後還會被扣款。後來我們是透過Expedia客服及4/12入住飯店老闆協助確認，才確定預訂房間是沒有問題的，所以飯店發的mail有點莫名其妙，而且飯店的接電話的小姐Rocio態度真的很差勁。

The hotel is lovely in the historic district. Very walkable. The room was lovely overlooking the courtyard. They have a nice lounge area and small restaurant. Breakfast was good each morning with lots of variety. The room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Property is old, but service is good. Even I have a day tour need to get out earlier than they breakfast starting time, they prepared breakfast box for me. Almost not staying at the room. So, good enough for me to just sleep.

Located right in front of Machupicchu train departure point. Breakfast was delicious and 24hr front desk with baggage keep service. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy(pillow was too soft)

The room was clean and the staff was extremely gentle with us. The service in Los Portales is exceptional.

The staff was very kind. We had a good time. The shower was too strong ( we can’t arrange the power) That’s a little pity.
