We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.

I stayed there for three nights with friend traveling to Peru for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and is located in nice location about ten minutes walk to plaza de Armas. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is a court yard for tea, between restaurant and lounge, making guests feel comfortable. However hardware in the hotel is getting old. I saw elevator was not working for one day. When I first moved into room #202, wifi was not working since signal was too weak. They let me switched to different room. Toilet flush was a little slow. Breakfast was nice but selection is limited. Given the price I paid to be compared with hotels I stayed in other cities of Peru, I can only give 4 star rating since price performance ratio is not the best.

入住時"現場"員工服務親切，在check-in等候時，員工馬上遞上迎賓茶水，飯店舒適整潔，浴室乾淨新穎，早餐簡單，飯店離武器廣場大概走10-15分鐘距離，離太陽神殿只要3分鐘。 我們在4/14-4/16入住HOTEL LP CUSCO。在入住前1晚4/13收到飯店寄送的mail，信中內容說明「Unfortunately, there was an issue with the method of payment you provided when making your reservation. Please call us at +51-6119001 to retain your booking.」，所以我們馬上打電話至飯店詢問，但是飯店接電話的小姐(Her name is Rocio)態度非常惡劣，愛理不理的，還掛電話，我們打了3通電話溝通，都是Rocio接的，Rocio最後還說要直接取消我們的訂房。 因為不想臨時再找飯店及也怕被飯店取消後還會被扣款。後來我們是透過Expedia客服及4/12入住飯店老闆協助確認，才確定預訂房間是沒有問題的，所以飯店發的mail有點莫名其妙，而且飯店的接電話的小姐Rocio態度真的很差勁。

We had a very pleasant stay at Los Portales Hotel in Cusco. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main square, shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions, making it a great base for exploring. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and provided everything we needed to start the day before heading out to explore. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and we especially appreciated having a heater, which was very welcome during Cusco’s cooler mornings and evenings. The only issue we noticed was that the window in our room was positioned unusually low, which felt like a potential safety concern. Aside from that, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Los Portales Hotel to others visiting Cusco.

Very clean roomy room and central to shopping and dining options. Staffs are very nice and helpful!

We broke a cheap glass that had some red wine in it, and used a bathroom towel to clean it up. They demanded 12 soles for both damages. Although not a lot of money, the principal stands, hotels should never charge for an accident. They ended up calling the room at nearly 11pm while we were sleeping to notify us they are charging this amount. Just crazy. I’ll never stay here again

Great stsff. We came in for two days, spent night in Agua Calientes, then came back for two more. Staff helped with tours. Will recommend to friends

The hotel amenities where on point, clean room, good breakfast and very kind staff. Julio was amazing in assisting us, he help my friend who got suck with altitude get better and assisted her with all she needed. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. I will definitely stay again when coming back to Cusco.

Fue una grata experiencia. El servicio tanto del personal del front desk como del restaurante fue excelente. Se dieron cuenta que mi esposo cumplía años ese día y lo sorprendieron con un bizcocho. El hotel en general esta muy limpio, tranquilo, cerca de todo caminando y el desayuno top! Lo recomiendo sin duda!
