相当不错，干净，景色优美，适合放松度假，但是离海滩有点远，而且附近便利店很少。

糟糕的酒店体验：1/ 女前台态度恶劣。当被问及酒店是否提供租车服务时，她回答说提供，价格为20万越南盾，但还没等客人回应，她就让客人自己上网查，说网上价格便宜5万越南盾，然后就置之不理了。真是的，她当初答应提供租车服务的意义何在？2/ 房间比照片上小得多，甚至比新加坡的五星级酒店还要拥挤。3/ 房间里的椅子非常脏（如下图所示）。4/ 物品摆放很不卫生。面巾叠得很好，但直接放在洗手台的架子上，而不是放在托盘里。卫生纸卷粘在墙上，每次抽取都会摩擦墙壁。5/ 押金收据是重复使用的纸张，背面写满了无关的文字。我知道这样做无害，但请不要这样做。对于一家五星级酒店来说，这看起来实在太脏乱了。

我们一家在这里住了一晚。这是一家五星级酒店，服务非常快捷，河景也很美，虽然一开始找入口有点费劲。总的来说，体验很棒。

房间隔音不太好，外面说话还是能听见。

房间设计最多算是一般，相当陈旧。

The room is spacious and clean except the TV in our room was not functioning. We enjoy the breakfast as there have many variety and was delicious too. The staff are kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again for our next visit.

The room is very spacious, great for family of 4, very comfortable bed, great view facing the river and the bridge and you can see the sunrise and sunset. What an amazing experience. Great breakfast at the lounge, food tastes great.
