空調壞掉修不好又說沒有房間可以更換！連續三個晚上熱到爆炸⋯⋯門把和冰箱櫃門雖然不影響功能但也是壞的！幫寄明信片收了20€，有點驚人！整體住宿體驗真的沒有很舒服！

地點非常好，服務都是一流的

太棒了酒店式公寓是的，飯店超大有客廳有廚房，重點是紐約咖啡館相連，完全等於用便宜的價格住在紐約咖啡館中，物超所值，下次來布達佩斯必住飯店！！

這是第三度到布達佩斯，早上10點抵達旅館，旅館就同意我們入住，櫃檯人員笑容可掬服務親切，房間寬敞舒適，設備齊全，交通十分便捷，所在位置剛好是前往各景點的中心點，強力推薦！

Perfect Breakfast in New York Cafe !

入住時花費太多時間，查詢系統太慢

地點便利性很高距離超市以及車站很近，對於要自由行的旅客很推薦，是飯店也具備民宿規格。唯一的小缺點是我們住的房間浴室落水孔淤積導致洗澡時有點小淹水。

很棒的飯店，交通方便四通八達，附近超市採買東西也方便！可到紐約咖啡吃早餐！很完美！

我最初入住的房間並非原訂的一房一廳 型 ，變成一般型客房 ，到櫃檯反應時 ，她跟我說 ，今日客滿 ，明日再幫我調整，……當晚我去函智遊網 ，反應此問題 ，說要48小時後回應 …。急電臺北家人 ，讓他去電臺北客服反應 ，總共去電三次 ，等待時間加總超過一小時，說要給我下次旅行折價券780元。 其實 ，原訂為四天三夜行程 ，因為時間估算錯誤 ，以至於趕不到 ，第一晚已經沒有入住 ，第二晚給我改成小房間 ，……經過家人的三次去電 後 ，最後改為承諾 ，發給下趟旅行折價券1500，目前尚待回覆 。 第二個晚上 ，有變更房間到大房間 ，但是也並非原訂房型 … 真奇怪 ，都非我原來訂的房型

預訂三間豪華套房，房費較高，給予的房間只有一間合乎網站照片，ㄧ間電路無法作用，一間非常狹小，與付出的房價完全不符，經和櫃檯交涉，僅有電路故障的房間可以換房，另一間只能自認倒霉，貴平台應控管預訂的品質，應該退還超收的價錢！ 住宿地點交通方便，電梯狹小需排隊！

very nice experienced;especially breakfast in the New York cafe. service is excellent!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. On the first day, we were assigned a room on the first floor facing the street. It was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the ceiling above the shower was black and appeared to have mold. On the second day, we requested a different room and were moved to another room located in the middle of the hotel. The noise issue was resolved, but this room had other problems. The shower had very low water pressure, the air conditioning barely cooled the room, and the wardrobes were of very poor quality, looking old and worn out. Overall, the hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The rooms are outdated and far below the standard we expected for a hotel in this category.

Vi blev opgraderet fra studio lejlighed 49m2 til 2 værelsers lejlighed 66 m2 m. Lejlighed er meget ren, morgenmad er tilstrækkelig og der er opvaske- og vaskemaskine i lejligheden. Personalet er venligt. Der var en rengøringsleder som kom dagligt og spurgte os om vi var tilfreds af rengøring. Vi vil anbefale vores familiemedlemmer til at benytte det hotel.

Tolles Zimmer. Zentral gelegen. Empfehle mit frühstück zu buchen, durch gang zum New York City Cafe. Einzig der Lift ist ein Nadelöhr. Das ist etwas mühsam

Great and beautiful hotel

Spacious apart hotel rooms. Kitchen and washing machine facility great. Connected to the Anantara hotel. Staff were great on check in. I wanted an early check in but my room wasn't available but they could upgrade my to a larger room so I could get the room.

Great well located hotel, will stay again.

The breakfast was good. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk until it was time to check in. Our room was very spacious. It had a kitchen which we did not expect.
