Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice.

Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Only downside was lack of shelving in bathroom. Staff very helpful. Could be a bit noisy if there is something on in the nearby square

Dåligt planerat rum. Bl a saknades det avställningsytor och klädkrokar. Hade fått plats med nattygsbord på bägge sidor om sängen. Badkaret onödigt, och var svårt att ta sig i och ur då insidan lutade, bättre med dusch.

Ubicación inmejorable, pero puede ser ruidoso ya que da a la plaza principal. El personal es muy amable y me dejaron usar una sala para trabajar después del check-out.

Me pareció un hotel muy limpio súper bien ubicado y la atención muy buena lo único que no tenía aire acondicionado pero por lo menos disponía de un ventilador que solventaba algo el calor pero muy bueno
