Nice stay

The setting of this hotel is stunning. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and adequately equipped. The bathroom looked a little tired but was large, clean and functional. Due to a large function taking place at the hotel, the bar was unattended when we arrived back in the evening. A quick visit to reception soon had a staff member arrive to take our order. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the view looking out over the bay was an added bonus. Unfortunately, I did not take my swim wear but would definitely take advantage of the pools on a return visit.

Great view from the room, which was very clean & comfortable, nice linen and a really good bed. I had a very enjoyable but brief stay, thank you.

I was a little disappointed that the gym no longer exists. I went looking for the gym, passing through a rabbit warren of passages, until I saw a removable screen, I looked behind the screen, only to find small room full of broken equipment. Clearly it had been out of commission for a long while.

Great location overlooking the sea. Stay were polite and helpful. Some of the amenities were not open as it was the off-season but that did not affect our enjoyment.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, the room was lovely and clean. Theres a gym and a pool which unfortunately I was not able to use due to not having time.

Great stay, good size room, friendly staff

Adequate parking for my large Van, beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff on arrival at check in. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and all the usually amenities. The gym was good enough for a decent t work out and the pool was nice. The food in the restaurant was really nice and again the staff were very friendly and polite. The

Very disappointing room location and no walk in shower I am sure breakfast was included in our booking but was charged again for this at the hotel. However the staff were very pleasant and friendly

Lovely junior suite room, very spacious with a stunning view.

Sadly, our stay at the Osborne Hotel wasn’t great as we didn’t get any sleep. Unfortunately, the ceilings are extremely thin, and the guest above us walked heavily throughout the entire night, which made it impossible to rest. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited, and cappuccinos were only available at an extra charge. The sausages were overcooked and seemed reheated. On checkout, there was no one available at reception — we stood waiting for quite some time with no staff in sight. On a positive note, had we been able to sleep, the room itself was very nice. It was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also big and featured a modern, new shower. The views are absolutely stunning, with beautiful sea views that are truly a highlight of the hotel. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, especially considering it was off-season, which was surprising. Overall, the hotel has potential due to the rooms and views, but the lack of sleep, breakfast quality, and service issues really let the stay down.
