Hotel was in a good location, 5 min walk to the old part of the town

Excellent hotel in Ourense. Buffet breakfast was great and inexpensive (although the staff in the breakfast area did not speak English, but that's our problem, not theirs). Bed was plenty large and room was spacious

This comfortable hotel is in an excellent position for the old quarter. It has parking on site but only for smaller cars.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Close to tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom with big shower. All new and modern.

Really nice big room with great air con. Very convenient for walking along the river path. Close to lots of nice restaurants. Staff in the hotel restaurant v friendly. Excellent value for money.

Great value, brilliant location. Our room was basic, but bed very comfortable, and bathroom has a strong shower. A little noisy, walls quite thin. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Good location. Beautitul city. Good breakfast for 8€. GYM, TURKISH BATH... only problem you can hear everything from your neighbours!.

The experience was very nice, overall. The check-in was fast and easy. The staff is very pleasant and ready to help. The parking area is somewhat tight but in Europe a small car is more than a convenience it is a need, and having where to park is a luxury. If you are into breakfast pay for it, it is OK, but if you are not just have a cup of coffee in one of the many bars and cafes around the area. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. I have stayed in this hotel at least 4 times before and it continues to be a very convenient, affordable and pleasant option.

The hotel is very well located close to the town centre. Our cab from the train station cost 5 euros but the one back 7. The room was comfy and had complimentary toothbrush and paste among some other things. We booked the hotel as the rooms were offered at a discount. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will defiantly stay there again.

This was my second time staying in Hotel Francisco II. I like to walk to places and its location is very convenient. There are very good restaurants in the area, lots of stores at walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean, the employees are attentive and helpful. Rooms cover essentials and were comfortable. I would go back, no hesitation.

Todo perfecto, menos el baño, escasa luz. Yo pondría más luz en la zona del lavabo

El servicio super amable. 10/10 todo, un poco mal la limpieza y el ruido (fue poco ruido pero por decir algo mal) que no es tan malo. Lo mejor de todo es el aire acondicionado, funciona perfectamente (la calefacción) jajajaja 9/10.
