We booked the apartment knowing we wouldn’t spend much time in the complex as we were over for a wedding. Expedia had the apartment down as a 4* when we booked but it’s really a 2* It’s very dated and be prepared to pay extra for air con which is 100% necessary as the rooms are so hot. Best to wear footwear round the apartment as you notice your feet get dirty otherwise. The beds were comfortable but you only get one thin pillow. There were good cooking facilities, we made bacon and egg rolls for breakfast.

Great location, very central. Lovely pool area with plenty of space and sun loungers. Good value for money. The rooms could be updated but generally a nice place to stay.

No pool view as book, sea view was looking over multiple roofs. Uncomfortable beds. Disgusting shower room, dirty and I. Need of an upgrade. No remote for the tv.

Convenient location & lovely views from our balcony (sea / pool view selected).

On arrival we were "greeted "by a very snooty man with an attitude problem behind reception who checked us in. I paid for a room with a Balcony & either a pool and or sea view. When we arrived at our room it was very dark, untidy, with a very fusty smell, no balcony and the layout was clearly for someone with disabilities as everything including the kitchen units were 2 feet off the ground and had only wet room as a bathroom (room 417) When I went back to reception to complain (as this wasn't the room I had paid for) The man was extremely hostile and unhelpful, and wouldn't change us or contact the manager. Just told to come back the next day and to take it up with Expedia as you can only have a view or a balcony but not both!!! Even though i had confirmation to say i had paid for it and there clearly are apartments that do! The lady the following morning was slightly better, and we did get moved. Hotel bar/restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is very nice. Extremely close to the beach & restaurants and the view from the sun terrace is beautiful.

7 nts great location not good if have difficulty with steps and hill which is a killer. Good accommodation for the price paid

Apartments great. Only downside was we were below the sun terrace and had to endure severe drilling and banging with workmen fixing the floor above. One morning it was 9am when it started. Apart from that would come back. Staff were helpful when needed

For context, we are both 60, my wife has had operations on both knees. The Apartments are half way up the street known as Heart Attack Hill, we knew this however, our apartment (the numbers on the top level all started with a 5) was a further 49 steps from the level of the reception, How my wife's knees and my calves screamed every night. Otherwise a perfectly adequate apartment with a really nice and well priced pool bar.

The beds in room were to the standard of a poor youth hostel .

Séjour agréable dans un appartement propre et entretenu par du personnel de service très pointilleux, n'hésitant pas sur l'utilisation des produits de nettoyage. Mis à part quelques soucis de compréhension avec le personnel de la réception. Un très bon séjour dans un établissement bien tenu et proche de toutes les commodités à Puerto Del Carmen

Its a great location in PDC beach 2 min walk main street bars shops and food the same. Pool bar team are great and the apartments are clean and tidy some are being updated. We have stay here in December for the last 6 years and will be back in 2024

Nice apartments with a great location. The one bedroom apartments are more dated than the two bedrooms. They would also benefit from double beds not two singles. Overall though nice and clean and well worth the money.

There was human hair in every room on the floors and worktops. The heat was unbearable. The fans provided were terrible. There was cockroaches all over my balcony area. And in my living area.
