Terrible drainage system! Smelly lavabo, totally stuffed by hair and dust! I changed three suite room in three nights! The staff at reception were very kind and nice, good location.

Service is outstanding. Staffs were very efficient. Booked a superior suite, was given one with disability access. Has it ups & downs. It came with a little terrace overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Complimentary bottle of wine , snacks everyday. Location Is perfect for shopping. every shop u want to visit probably are a stone throw away. The staffs made the stay memorable !

I know it sounds very cheesy….But it’s my second stay here and it’s hands down my favorite hotel in the world. Staff is very profession and super friendly (rare combo). Everyone is extremely helpful. Vibe of the hotel and the rooms - gorgeous… to say the least. Beautiful, magical property! Cannot recommend enough!!!

Amazing stay, my favorite hotel in Paris

Overpriced for the quality of the service, atmosphere, and decoration. It's certainly not a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was poor, the service was long, and we had some issues with the food.

Overpriced for what is supposed to be a five-star hotel. Poor breakfast, slow service. Rooms are not five-star level.

Hotel was nice, but the rooms are very outdated and the prices are far too expensive for the type of accommodations. Hotel de Crillion was similarly priced and was very good value in comparison to the Mandarin in Paris. I’ve stayed at many Mandarin Orientals around the world but I would avoid this one unless they reduced their prices or underwent a makeover of the rooms.

Exceptional stay at Mandarin Oriental. A highly elevated experience. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Will absolutely be staying here again.
