Prestige Oceanfront Sooke is a gem. Stunning ocean views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful West Coast vibe make it the perfect place to unwind. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Left relaxed and already planning our next stay!

A well designed building in a great location with a very good staff. Even the landscaping was impressive. Take a drink down to one of the fire pits and enjoy.

No water , robes in the room, coffee and tea were not replenished. Had to ask at front desk. Elevator out of service and access to the pool was blocked off, due to an event in the conference room so had to take stairs and go outside to enter it. Blaring music Sunday morning from the retainers at 7:30 means no peaceful coffee on the balcony.

On the last night of my stay I found a cockroach climbing on my clothing. The front staff did find me another room to transfer to. But I had to quickly pack up all my belongings in the middle of the night before a long drive the following morning. This was very stressful and I will have to now spend a lot of time when I am home drying all of my clothing in high heat to ensure I don’t bring any infestation into my home. The hotel was unable to offer me any compensation or discount because I had booked through Expedia as a third party. After this I will never stay at this hotel again or book through Expedia for hotel stays. I will add this is also supposed to be a “ luxury hotel resort” so I really didn’t expect this to happen

The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful! It is well set up outside to have a very comfortable outdoor experience and inside amenities are excellent as well!

The ocean view was gorgeous. Friendly staff and brand new building very relaxing. There is restaurant and offe shop I enjoyed.

Small pub at entrance good for evening drinks and food . Watch sports. Not open some days and evenings . Should be open more often. Food at restaurant is plentiful and not bad for choices .

Beautiful hotel in Sooke with fully renovated lobby area and restaurants. Island Tarts was awesome too!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Service & food in restaurant was excellent. We had a street view (nothing to brag about). For the price of the room, I was expecting a bit more luxury.
