this hotel is quite cozy, the rooms are also spacious.

Clean room and comfortable space inside. Reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing would be concerned that you can hear what’s going on outside on the street. Otherwise, everything is pretty great.

Everything excellent, I stay for 5 days, even though we leave at 5:00am by coach , they still arrange the breakfast for us at 4:30 (not grab and go) , staff are very nice and helpful Worth to stay again.

自駕旅客絕對值得考慮，有免費的停車場，周圍有Bonus超市跟Kronan超市，走路到主要購物街約3-5分鐘，這次住的房間在4樓，床很好睡，晚上也是很安靜，而且這是我們住的飯店中唯一有附小冰箱的，早餐好吃，而且有咖啡機，唯一缺點是熱食只有麥片粥，如果你自駕，在市區要找一家飯店靠近逛街購物，就是他了

位置很好, 大約3分鐘走斜路可到逹大街, 大街附近很多餐廳, 另外附近有便利店。前台員工很友善。早餐食物普通和簡單。

Experienced serious problem while check-in, the reception manager insisted that I pay for the stay which had been setteled in advance through my agent. He refused to recognize my confirmation with all the evidences of the pre-payment, and even asked me to find other place to stay!! After realizing his misunderstanding of the the reservation at his side (took 30 mins), the reception manager just let his staff complete the check-in and left without saying anything. VERY RUDE. On the other hand, the night shift staff was very attentive and nicely prepared early breakfast for me to fit my flight schedule.

Room was good and safe. Breakfast was good. The one thing i did not like was that there are no electrical outlets near the bed. Oversl.my stay there was good and it is near restaurants The staff was great!!!

Beautiful hotel room, heat and hot water was ALWAYS hot which is a savior when it’s cold out. Front desk staff were so friendly and able to help book every day trip and answer any general questions. Hotel’s location is a 3 minute walk to the downtown making it ideal for pick up, close to food and shopping… yet far enough away from the night time noise. Breakfast at the hotel came in quite handy opening far before any restaurants or coffee shops in town, it was simple and had a lot of variety. Also, Close to the grocery store two blocks away (bonus) for snacks and drinks. They have a locked baggage closet/room for your belongings if you arrive earlier than check in, or for your departure day. I have not one complaint! Hotel Klettur exceeded all expectations and I highly recommend staying there

Clean and spacious room but a bit cold at times especially at night. Also not enough power outlets. Would be better if there were outlets next to the bed to conveniently charge electronics at night while sleeping.

Tolles, sauberes Hotel, das eine gute Lage hat. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es gibt viel Auswahl.

Desayuno podría ser mejor!!!
