ไม่มีน้ำร้อน ห้องน้ำต่างระดับ ล้มง่าย

The Hotel's location is not too conducive to where my event is (Impact Arena). It looks like it is situated in a residential area. when you go out of the hotel grounds, there are no commercial places to go to (not even a 7 eleven). Breakfast buffet is so-so, and personal care items are insufficient in the bathroom. I guess that's what I get for the price I pay. Cleanliness is ok and personnel are kind and personable.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced

ที่นอนสบายมาก อาหารอร่อย โรงแรมสวย แต่พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์กะเช้าบริการไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร โดยรวมประทับใจมาก แต่ที่นี่ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันกับยาสีฟันให้ เตารีดจะไม่มีให้ยืม แต่มีบริการซักรีดค่ะ

服务人员态度很好。全天还摆放有水果。

สภาพเก่ามาก และมีเสียงดังจากกลุ่มทัวร์ข้างห้อง ทำเลไม่ดี ห่างไกลร้านค้า รถสาธารณะเดินทางมาไม่ถูก และไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอะไรให้บริการเลย

โรงแรมอยู่ลึก น่าจะมีบริการรับส่งจากสนามบิน เพราะชั่วโมงเร่งด่วน ต้องรอแท็กซี่นานมาก
