The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is my second time staying there in the past couple years. Located very close to the Vatican, train station and bus routes.

The views of St. Peter’s from rooftop are beautiful. However, there is no mention of the noise, huge crane over property and the construction site right next to the hotel. This started on 2024 and still ongoing for 1.5 yrs. I had been here before and I was looking for an enjoyable and quiet stay. Hotel won’t reimburse you for the noise inconvenience or misrepresentation. The front desk guy Maximilian was rude. He also didn’t help to change the language on the computer to English for me to print my airline ticket. My trash cans or coffee mugs weren’t clean for 2 days. Room Temp was hot. It used to be one of my favorites hotels for its location and customer service, not anymore.

Easy walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, nice room and friendly staff always on site; they were helpful especially as we had a morning flight and had to check out very early. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the city.

Toilet did not flush well, we informed twice, for them it was fine. Two days without making the beds, one day no room service.

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast decent, but there was mold all over the bathroom. You could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped, nothing had been deep cleaned, and it all smelled of pee. If you tried to get fresh air, there would just been smoke filling the room. I would definitely not recommend.

We enjoyed staying walking distance to the Vatican area. Plenty of options to have a nice meal even late at night within close proximity to the hotel. Also, accessibe to bus and train stops.

Very close to St. Peter’s, staff was very nice, great restaurant right beside the hotel.

Good service

Very noisy, poor housekeeping, massive construction side right outside the window. No restaurant in hotel very limited breakfast options and exactly the same food every day. Good localisation 15 min walk to St Peter's square

Great Hotel Good free breakfast...good location for rain and vatican area....room was great with balcony and clean!!. Breakfast was good options and area was kept clean ..was a good choice for us!

It was very quiet, rooms clean, nice full breakfast and beverages. Front desk always helpful. 4 or 5 restaurants in neighborhood. We could not see Vatican from our large balcony but i assume some could. No counter space in bathroom. Only 2 small drawers in room. But definitely comfortable and priced well.

We stayed for 3nights at the hotel staff receptionist were very helpful when we check in also giving good knowledge how to get around rome. Breakfast was yummy.

Safe

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. First Room: The first room I was given was unclean, with noticeable issues. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, allowing me to see into the ceiling of the room above. Additionally, the showerhead was malfunctioning and didn’t rinse water properly. Due to these issues, I requested a room change. Second Room: The new room presented even more challenges. It was located next to a construction site that began noisy work at 7:00 AM on January 7th. The room itself was dirty, and the duvet provided was stained, torn, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The shower had mold, and the shower door was broken, falling twice during use, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. The replacement duvet was cleaner in appearance but had a faint smell of urine. Furthermore, the windows were of poor quality, allowing humidity to seep into the room. Buffet Experience: The service at the breakfast buffet was subpar. A staff member removed plates from my table without asking if we were finished, which felt abrupt and unprofessional. Overall Experience: The overall experience was far below expectations, especially considering the cost of the stay. The cleanliness, room conditions, and service were unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel and feel it was not worth the money I spent.

It provided minimal services, it was sufficient. I appreciated the fridge. It was very small, needed more place to store items in bathroom and also for clothes. The room was better for one person, not two. The breakfast was the same every day and we were there for a week!

great location, decent breakfast, restaurant next door is great! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, and easy access to transportation as well!

3 star but excellent

Great buffet for such a small motel. Staff are friendly. Bathroom would be a challenge if you have mobility issues. You need to step into the bath which is quite high. Some tours will not pick up from this side of the river, so check before you book. Average, basic stay. Not bad, not good, just adequate.
