这个酒店距离桑德兰火车站有些距离，大约4公里，不过就在海边的海滨大道边上，距离玻璃中心很近。住的时候是周六，宾馆的酒吧里的人很多。总体来说， 不错的酒店。

飯店人員親切且會主動上前關心，房型老舊但乾淨，唯動線上一些客房無法用電梯到達，若有大件行李較不方便（需搬上搬下）

Lovely place with friendly atmosphere and terrific breakfast. We had an ocean view room with window ledge that I sat in for hours reading and looking Restaurant was happy to bring small order of food to the room as I was recuperating from slipping on ice earlier in the day. Will stay again for 3 nights next week while mother of partner remains in hospital.

Friendly staff, clean bedroom with amenities. Breakfast and evening meal were very good.

Toilet made so much noise all night. The night porter was a good lad and tried to fix it. But he couldn't. Then a delivery right outside my window had me up at 0615. Which is ideal after a night where you were kept up from a broken toilet. I will never use best western again. It used to mean quality

Room was above the bar and music and the window looked out on the smokers area. Noisy!!! Also only one towel for two people over two days!! Floor squeaked

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were both impressed the parking and access are very good and the overall presentation is of a high standard we were greeted by Ian who is a really nice gentleman who had time to chat to us the rooms are really nice although the room we stayed in (116) was a little dated and a bit tatty around the edges but nothing that would put us off staying again the room was quiet and peaceful with a nice bed and linen and the shower was nice and hot with the added bonus of lovely body wash hand soap and shampoo , we paid for breakfast with our booking which I would advise to do as it is an &11 pound added extra and was well worth it you can have continental which had quality ham and cheeses and a full English which we both had and it was very good indeed with obvious quality to the ingredients used with a view over roker and the pier perfect a big shout out to Raj who looked after us for breakfast she was excellent , we also had a few drinks in the bar which is a really nice cozy place with an extensive bar so to sum up I would definitely recommend staying here the location is stunning and the overall experience was really good

The room was clean and we love the hotel as it is wnere we got married 2 years ago so have spent both anniversaries at the hotel. The majority of staff are polite. The only problem we find is that the hotel is always too hot.

Rotten pineapple was on the buffet, dirty plates, cold water for tea. Very limited choice. Food looked as it was leftover from previous day. Coctail served in huge glass with tons of ice which diluted the taste completely. Most uncomfortable mattress, woke up with back ache. Cold water in the shower at 22.00. Very noisy plumbing system.
