这个酒店距离桑德兰火车站有些距离，大约4公里，不过就在海边的海滨大道边上，距离玻璃中心很近。住的时候是周六，宾馆的酒吧里的人很多。总体来说， 不错的酒店。

飯店人員親切且會主動上前關心，房型老舊但乾淨，唯動線上一些客房無法用電梯到達，若有大件行李較不方便（需搬上搬下）

Great location, nice large rooms but no fridge in the room.

Bar and bar food was lovely breakfast was very tasty and more than enough choice we had a lovely big room overlooking the sea its an old building but in nice condition rooms clean plenty of free parking great location and the staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful we were warmly treated by everyone

Hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Bar area looks tired. Not enough staff available to clear tables (even though bar was not busy!). Breakfast average. Girl serving disinterested and spent most of the time we were in tossing cutlery into a tray quite loudly.

Everything was good. Rooms clean tidy with lovely bedding and white fluffy towels. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet style and a little sparse when we went down but staff did bring the items when we asked for them. Great location across the road from the beach and short walk to bars and restaurant.

The property is in need of some tlc, our room looked shabby with cracked tiles on the bathroom floor that were an accident waiting to happen. The breakfast was the worst we’d ever had in a hotel with a couple of bits or cheddar cheese, cured meats left at 9.30am when breakfast finished at 11am. Food wasn’t replenished despite asking staff if they could add more cheese, meats and fruit. But then when a group of people showed up they bought out more reserves! The best bit about the hotel was its convenient location to the beach and Roker pier and lighthouse. We won’t be going back!!

Booked a cosy room it was Very tired thread bare carpet chair & furniture that had seen better days room number 104 could hear the dripping toilet also could hear what sounded like a generator all night ,view was of a roof top, have stayed here many times before & had some lovely rooms but this stay was very disappointing

The stay was lovely. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. No complaints about the evening at all, until the morning. The lady that signed me in disappeared for so long, I had to eventually leave because I had run out of time. I could not get a cooked breakfast and to rely on measily continental breakfast supplied.

The receptionist was fantastic very friendly and informative and very professional the bar staff where also excellent and I had a very good meal

The room was clean enough ,the view from the room was great as it was at the front ,I would not have been happy if I had a room at the rear . The hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished (badly) the workmanship is dire !and done cheaply The food in the bar in the evening was a disappointment and not to our taste we had hoped for fresh fish and chips but sadly it resembled frozen fish and if the chips are to be triple cooked then try and get them crispy not soft dark brown bits of potato . The breakfast was similar only one girl serving ,we had to ask for the the fruit to be replenished ,whilst my wife enjoyed the porridge sadly my full rocker breakfast was another disappointment with the black pudding just been heated rather than cooked the bacon was full of fat ,the hash brown warm and floppy the tomato was raw and hard and to my further disappointment there was a bit of hard plastic on the tomato .that said the egg sausage and the bit of bacon without the fatwas ok ,Oh and no more covering the plates with cress . The head and base boards on the bed were very high with the mattress really close to the floor the couch was also so low that it was a struggle to get a view of the sea .

The hotel is ok, the rooms were small and compact and basic - our room looked out on the back of the hotel and had a pigeon settling in the pipe outside, so was waken up by it each morning! We ate at hotel and the server was abrupt in her attitude and we felt we were an inconvenience being there! The cleaning staff on the morning were lovely and friendly

Had room 118, bed was not comfy & felt like it was fairly loose, toilet seat also very loose. Never had an issue here before, these aren’t major things though to. E honest Staff always friendly, location is excellent Will stay again

Good value hotel, right on the seafront and a short drive into the city centre. Nice bar and restaurant facilities

Too many stairs to negotiate with heavy fire doors - a necessity I know but difficult to open with luggage and bags in hand. Bed comfortable but pillows uncomfortable at best. Staff were pleasant. Buffet breakfast was not as hot as it should have been and very little of anything.
