Me and my girlfriend both enjoy the fantastic moment spend in Florence. Location: Hotel is located in the central sightseeing area in Florence. About 10 to 15 mins by walk to most important spots in the city. However, hotel is a bit far away from train station About 20 mins by walk) Suggest Tourist with big luggages to take a taxi from train station to hotel (Around 10 to 15 EUR). Hotel staff is very helpful and they will help you to arrange the transportation Service: Excellent service. All staff with smile on face always to show their passion and warmness in helping all guest. Hotel staff will introduce some nice local restaurants in Florence with good food and wine which they may not be found in tourist guide book. I have tried 2 of them and they are all good Remarks: Will definitely stay in San Firenze Suites and Spa hotel again for my honeymoon trip to Italy in 2019.

Great location, very caring staffs, very good breakfast, super clean bathroom and couldn't be better pillows and mattress! My wife and I were very satisfied!

优势：服务服务服务+地段；推荐早餐 第一眼并未很惊艳，相比其房价而言；但逐渐了解到其服务上的特点。前台人员(Davide）很热心地帮助预订美术馆门票、推荐餐厅（一定要相信insider的推荐，我们试了两个都非常喜欢）、建议行程等。 推荐早餐：价廉物美，我们将其当做酒店福利的一部分；现只开放早餐给住房者，11点多之后才对外。我们在佛罗伦萨期间，基本吃两顿，多亏了优质的早餐。 地段：在游客区的黄金地段，市政广场后，距离老桥3分钟路程吧。只是最开始导航+问路找了半天，其实就在“Tourist information”亭子后。酒店说他们是可以出来接客人的，大家可以试着去预约。从火车站出来走路比坐车方便，坐车要等很久。

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stay. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us solving the issues and find the solutions, and are very kind and friendly. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and beautiful, my kids were screaming excitingly when first getting into the room. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette which is very good for our 7 days stay. The location is also very good, the hotel is at center of the city, by 15 mins walking, probably could see all the sights you are willing to go. There's a "Yellow Bar" near by recommended by hotel staff, and the pizza is really good; thanks for recommendation! It was really a wonderful experience in the beautiful city. If next time we have chance visiting Florence, I will definitely come back again! 這大概是我住過最讚的飯店了。雖然房價真的也不便宜，但是他真的很棒。我們當初因為訂房時的失誤，導致中間有一天沒訂到房間，飯店人員很nice的提出住宿建議，雖然要換房間，但總比換飯店來的好。也因此，我們可以住到不同房型。每一間都寬敞舒適，有的房間裡還有小廚房，真的是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。早餐8點才開始是稍晚，菜色也還好，但是我們沒有什麼抱怨。飯店在市中心，方圓15分鐘內可以走到大部份的景點。附近有間Yellow bar, pizza超好吃又便宜。如果你來佛羅倫斯，真心的推薦這間飯店! 有機會我還會再回來的!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, and we stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. I will say it needs more dining options and better room service during the evening.

The staff was beyond nice and it was super centrally located which allowed us to walk the city freely!

Hotel bem centralizado, atendentes e gerentes muito simpáticos mas não voltaria. Na primeira noite que chegamos, tínhamos acabado de ser roubadas. Roubaram nossa mala de mão no trem com passaportes e todos os nossos pertences, o recepcionista não queria nos deixar hospedar no hotel. Não teve a mínima sensibilidade e bom senso, as delegacias de polícia estavam fechadas, não havia o que fazer e éramos duas mulheres sozinhas. Eu e minha filha de 18 anos. Após eu me exaltar com a negação em nos hospedar mesmo estando toda a hospedagem paga e tendo cartão de crédito como garantia, o recepcionista aceitou a foto do meu passaporte que eu tinha no celular. Nos colocou num quarto horrível que nada condizia com as fotos dos sites. No dia seguinte eu solicitei a mudança de quarto e eles prontamente me concederam. No novo quarto sim, as condições eram ótimas. O gerente foi ótimo e tentou reparar da melhor maneira possível a insensatez do funcionário da noite anterior. De qualquer forma o hotel tem uma avaliação nos sites de hotel que, na minha opinião, não condizem com a realidade. Já fiquei em hotéis muito melhores em Firenze. O San Firenze, na minha opinião tem apenas uma excelente localização, nada mais.

Amazing stay

The staff was extremely helpful and made many arrangements on our behalf before our arrival. The location was absolutely perfect in the heart of Firenze but a street or two from all of the hustle and bustle so a really nice respite from the crowds. Amazing little piazza with many restaurants and felt so walkable and safe. The room was sizeable and gave us much space to relax and decompress. We enjoyed the Breakfast and apertivo service each day. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at San Firenze Suites & Spa. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to many of Florence’s main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel

Centrally located and very walkable with lots of restaurant and bar options at your door step. Generous free breakfast with prosecco included. House keeping refreshes towels more than once a day as well. Decent sized rooms.
