Not what we expected in Austria. Price charged was higher than Expedia booking. No explanation given.

Soggiorno gradevole, camera ampia (ho pernottato in una quadrupla), qualità-prezzo buono! In camera mancava un armadio (o per lo meno degli appendini per le giacche), le lampade sui tavolini e la tenda oscurante era più piccola della finestra, lasciando così entrare la luce al mattino.

Es war keine Heizung im Zimmer !

Top Sauberkeit, gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Personal. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist Renovierungsbedürftig.

This hotel is in the heart of the Roman ruins, an ancient church, the Roman museum, etc. A perfect location for exploring it all by foot. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very nice. They also have a nice restaurant, and because it's in the country, parking on the street is no problem.

Für kurze Aufenthalte OK, Gardinen waren defekt, Zimmer sparsam eingerichtet. Zu wenig Steckdosen. Personal sehr freundlich und Parken ganz Easy am Haus.

Basic hotel, however with all you need for one night. Plenty of workers living there, restaurant open even now....

Ich hatte keine ruhige Minute in der Nacht, man hörte alles von den Zimmern nebenan und den Zimmer oberhalb, ständiges Türenzuschmeißen, Kindergeschreue, Fußgetrampele. Somit bereue ich es für sowas sogar bezahlt zu haben.

Mijn kamer was heel schoon en de medewerkers waren erg aardig. Ik was zeer tevreden.

War super ! Und echt total unkompliziert was den Hund betrifft. Der Hund konnte sogar am Abend mit ins Restaurant.

I was in Petronell-Carnuntum for the Late Antiquity Festival weekend & the hotel location & amenities were ideal. The room, bathroom & furnishings were lovely, comfortable & clean. The room could have been improved with a fan since the weather was quite warm. The town is small & interesting for fans of Roman architecture & history. I was delighted. The hotel also caters to bicyclists I noticed. The on-site restaurant was delicious & reasonable. I followed the recommendations of the servers & was very content with a mixed grill one night & sautéed fish the next. There are vegetarian choices also. My dinners were freshly prepared & beautiful. And there is a fine bar, too. I paid for breakfast & it was also very good with a vast array of breads, meats, cheeses, spreads, cakes, yogurt, cereals, fruit, etc. The walk to the Bahnhof for a return to Vienna (an hour away) was about ten minutes from the hotel. Overall, avvery satisfying experience. There are a few other eating/drinking establishments in town but not much. This is a place to unwind and immerse yourself in a generous mix of Roman buildings.
