Freundliches Personal, und sauberes Zimmer in perfekter Zentrumslage.

We are happy with everything in general. The room was clean and functional, the breakfast was better than the average with some Bulgarian specialities. We chose the hotel mainly due to its location and it was just perfect to be beside the NDK! They also let us use the VIP benefit of late check out. It was not especially a wow experience, but considering what we paid, totally OK and can further recommend.

Bu oteli seçmemizin ana sebebi otoparkının olmasıydı. Ancak otopark yerine otel önünde, sokakta ayrılmış iki arabalık bir alanla karşılaştık. Bir de üstüne konaklayacak olmamıza rağmen “otopark” ücreti istendi. Biz de arabamızı arka sokakta tamamen ücretsiz bir yere bıraktık. Bunun dışında oda gayet temiz ve bakımlıydı.

Staff was very helpful in a stressful situation

The breakfast was quite healthy and lavish, with a nice view of the main road/boulevard. The hotel is centrally located. From the airport, a Yellow Taxi costs between 12 euros and 15 euros. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was clean. Complimentary coffee is provided.

Das Badezimmer dürfte gern mal gewartet werden, genauso wie die Klimaanlage. Frühstücksraum + Frühstück sind eher wie in einer Kantine. Die Lage ist dafür sehr zentral.

We had a good time staying in this hotel. Location is close and walkable to the tourist spots. The room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful, we arrive early and they check us in with the room upgrade. We will be staying in this hotel when we visit Sofia, Bulgaria again someday. Highly recommended. Room was nice but very hot. Even with the temperature set to 10 degrees and full fan level 3 it was pumping out hot air. Due to this I had to have the window open meaning I was constantly having smoke come into my room from the street below, and meaning the room (facing the street with a tram) was so loud at night it was almost impossible to sleep. There was also music coming from downstairs until gone midnight all 3 nights I stayed, with the bass so loud even with earplugs in I could feel it in my bed. Don’t stay here if you want to rest

Where to start. This hotel was magnificent from the start. Checked in, helped with parking advice. Went through all the relevant details. The room was spacious, tidy and exceeded expectations. Especially if you go for a suite. The views are worth it.

Really well located hotel. Nice clean and room ready a little early

Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from. Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future.

Great size bedroom with large living room. Spotless. Checking staff very helpful. Great restaurant bar downstairs. Recommend highly.
