Clean room + amazing service! Breakfast menu was delicious and Fresh, and they even got us fresh coconuts straight from the trees. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Ana y José is a stunning resort with incredible design and décor — our room was perfect and felt both luxurious and relaxed. The staff were outstanding, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent, the food was fantastic, and the beachfront location is truly beautiful. The only minor drawbacks were that hot water was a bit hit-and-miss, and at night you could hear music from a nearby resort down the beach. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise amazing experience. We would absolutely love to return.

The beach in front of this hotel was super dirty with seaweed while the rest of hotels beach properties were clean.

Great location. Spacious, clean rooms (not ocean view—those rooms are quite small). Friendly staff, but slow service and often inaccurate (food and beverage). Good value.

It was our second visit, and we are still happy to come here. They even remembered us, from last time, which makes you feeling home. Everything is always nice from service thru the people.

No te dejan hacer nada en el hotel, tienes que pagar para todo y quieres meter una bebida o comida y al hotel y no está permitido te quieren cobrar por todo y los precios elevados muy elevados

Un hotel con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia. El personal es muy amable. La comida es muy buena. El único tema son que las habitaciones pegadas a la calle principal pueden ser un poco ruidosas. Pero en general es un lugar de 9.0

La chambre était bien mais la tv était toute petite et mal positionnée dans la chambre pour la regarder dans le lit. Le matela était vieux et inconfortable, trop dure. Pas de miroir dans la partie salle de bain, pas de porte pour les wc.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Service was great from housekeeping to waitstaff. The front desk wasn’t the best at check out but overall great service Our room was comfortable, clean with a stunning ocean view The only negative was the quality and value of the food and drinks. We had breakfast, lunch and ordered food at the beach. The quality was middle of the road but at Miami prices. We ended paying $125 for lunch for the two of us and a drink at the beach is $17-18 for unremarkable, water down cocktails. I can go to Miami for those prices and get better quality It had been 2 years since our last visit to Tulum. I will look for other places in the future. Prices have risen to Miami levels but you still have to endure some of the negatives like lack of street sidewalks, chaotic and extremely congested traffic, poor street lighting, risk of food poisoning, and a hint of insecurity. (We saw a group of fully geared Marine squad including their M16, patrolling the beach. I thought I was in an episode of Seals) Overall we had a good but not excellent experience that would make me want to go back

We had a wonderful stay at Ana y Jose. The place is beautiful and offers a perfect balance of a boutique hotel and family friendly vibe. The service was impeccable: friendly and accommodating, always going an extra mile. The little kids playground on the beach was a highlight. We also enjoyed the spa very much. We are definitely coming back.
