Nice

Old and dated hotel. Clean safe and convenient to downtown. Parking no issue. No elevator no ADA access. For the price, good. Quiet at night.

The bathtub, the walls in the room and the bathroom walls are dirty, the beds were super comfy but it was way to cold in the room the entire night and there was no heat we could turn on

Great location and the room I stayed in was very well priced as it had a full kitchen and multiple rooms. The place is tired and in need of a refresh. The faucet in the kitchen Was kind of broken and seems like they haven’t updated the place in 20+ years. Was generally clean though and I enjoyed my quick one night say.

the hotel has alot of charm but with that comes alot of setbacks the specific location is ery loud the store across the streets blasts music all day long starting early in the morning the walls are very thin so you can hear the other people stau=ying above and we did feel like room felt quite damp the chairs were damp to sit on and the air while sleepi

For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future.

Great stay within the city if your looking for heritage vibes

Hotel is a beautiful heritage building. Lots of old pictures. The room was clean and modern with comfortable mattresses. Stepping into the hallway feels like going back in time. I would recommend staying there. No elevator though.

It was a great place to stay

Een hotel uit 1908 waar weinig aan veranderd is sinds die tijd maar wel voorzien van alle 2026 gemakken.

Entering the hotel was like stepping back in time. It is NOT like your run of the mill hotel. It IS clean. It IS well located making it a good base to walk/drive to see local attractions. I’d stay again for sure.

This is a clean and quiet place to stay for a night or two. Tiny room, but just what I needed. Keurig-style coffee maker in the room and in the lobby. TV (I didn't watch, so can't comment), comfortable bed, cramped shower with gel/shampoo/soap. All I needed and good location.

Puedes agregarlo así, manteniéndolo corto: ⭐ 1 star Terrible experience. The air conditioning didn’t work, and I had to spend the night with a very small window open facing the street because of the unbearable heat. The TV didn’t work either. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room is clean and air conditioning is good. Staff is helpful and nice. Location is a walking distance to 1881 district.

It was okay

A nice stay. Not fancy but nice change from the chains. Its a old property with long history and they have nice enough rooms. Not yet fully historic recreation but very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. No elevator but staff helped us carry to our room on 2nd floor. Our room 220 did not t have a tub just a good enough shower, bed was very comfortable. The area is worth visiting with nice shops and restaurants. Lots of surface parking behind hotel.

Excellent location, amazing staff member who ran upstairs to help with room access, otherwise quiet and homey feel

I stayed here back when it was still the Royal Hotel almost 30 years ago, and I can tell you, the way they have updated, upkept, and maintained this beautiful vintage place as the Richca made my recent visit much more comfortable than my last.
