I love this place. Lots of green and located on the beach. Hotel room is very nice. I stayed for 3 weeks.

Location is great. Few beach restaurants, sea is calm and good for young children. A lot of potential but unfortunately it was letting us down by the hotel facilities. Swimming pool wasn't clean. Load of leaves floating and under water. None of the guest was in the pool as it was dirty. One night the water pump had broken and no fresh water to shower until late night. Understand it could be happened but wouldn't expect only single pump to rely on with the hotel in this size.

I am a gold member with hotels.com, I have booked over 150 hotels through the website and by far this is the worst hotel I have ever booked. The hotel is across a small road from what looks like a dirty swamp. My room had literally hundreds of mosquito in it. I went to reception and told them . There remedy was to fog the room for 10 minutes with ant spray. It got all over all of my clothes and belongings. Receptionist didn’t speak any English at all and was completely uncooperative to try to get me another room. I left the hotel immediately and went to find another room. Also the rooms have huge cockroaches. A horrible experience
