The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bed comfort and bed linen were superb. I will definitely be returning.

Location of this gem is perfect. Right off of via Dante without the foot traffic and noise. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, breakfast was superb and staff were awesome.

We felt so welcome at Palazzo Segreti! From the happy hour to the complimentary breakfast and warm staff, we felt very much at home here. Comfortable and very well-located, right off of the main pedestrian area. Close to all main attractions and easy access to public transit.
