The space is ok, but for the cleance could have room to improve.

選擇這間酒店唯一的原因是為了沙漠景的泳池。正如預期，除左個泳池，其他方面都好一般。泳池的水是綠色的。我地房間的冷氣是完全不冷的，只有風。朋友因為又熱又乾完全睡不了，我因為太累還是能夠入睡。床是有沙的，我是早上睡醒了才發現（真的太累），朋友覺得身癢癢的。食物要等很久很久很久！叫了一杯咖啡等到忘記了自己叫了；午餐等了二小時多，變下午茶。職員都有一種懶洋洋的態度（可能是太熱？）。沙漠團正常。有免費merzouga接送。所以如果是很想很想很想在沙漠前游泳才住這間吧。

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. La camera era ampia, molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort (condizionatore, ecc). Vista eccezionale sul deserto. La cena è stata gradevole ma il menu fisso è stato limitante. Mentre la colazione è stata una pecca in quanto il cibo era completamente freddo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole con qualche aspetto migliorabile.

Great option for a short stay. Right on the edge of the desert with easy access.

This is a beautiful property and very baby friendly. The staff made our stay very special. Highly recommend this place if you are in Merzouga!

Ficamos duas noites hospedados no Kanz Arremal e sem dúvida, o ponto alto é a localização, absolutamente incrível. A vista panorâmica sobre o deserto é simplesmente magnífica. O hotel tem um enorme potencial, a estrutura é muito charmosa e o ambiente envolvente. No entanto, sentimos falta de uma equipa mais qualificada, assim como de uma maior atenção à limpeza e manutenção dos espaços (os quartos, por exemplo, não foram limpos durante a estadia). O pequeno-almoço deixou a desejar e o jantar foi apenas razoável. Apesar das limitações, recomendamos passar ao menos uma noite, pela paisagem única e pela oportunidade de estar tão perto do deserto.

We were 4 friends and had 2 nights stay, literally they are charging you +-200$ per night for their Swimming pool, everything else is bad. The staff is not supportive and very negative people, Sahara Desert and they don't offer any water at all. The charged us 20dh/2€ for water bottle many times because we had no option in the desert . THE AC was on for 24 hour straight and it wasn’t cooling so we had to clean the filters by ourselves.

C’est établissements est un attrape touristes ! RIEN NE VA ! Nous avons ignorés tous les mauvais avis concernant cet établissement mais croyez moi, ils sont véridiques et non pas subjectifs. Ca été une horreur ! Le personnel est désagréable, je suis moi même Marocaine et ça m’a CHOQUÉ de vivre ce genre d’accueil au Maroc. Tout ce qu’on demandait avait l’air de les ennuyer, ils sont pas accueillant du tout, ne dise même pas bonjour. Nous avons choisi cet établissement également car leur site annonce qu’il propose une nuitée dans les tentes au déserts dans un certains standing mais nous avons eu droit à une expérience à la hauteur du désastre de cet établissement. Le petit déjeuner est HORRIBLE et pas du tout quali. La piscine n’est pas entretenue et est de couleur verte à en salir les maillots. Là climatisation dans la chambre fait un bruit d’avion et fuit au point où vous aurez les pieds dans l’eau. Franchement FUYEZ

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kanz Erremal! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Personnel adorable, emplacement féerique à découvert absolument... les yeux grands ouverts. Petit bémol, le bruit des quads et motos qui peuvent tourner dans les dunes en face de l’hôtel.

We really love the ambiance especially the pool with the saharas was just in the front. We love the amenities and were our room is located Some of the staff are nice but we noticed while we are relaxing outside at eating breakfast they kept on looking on us like we are not allowed to be free.. The room was spacious and unique but not enough light. The toilet set is moving when we are urinating and doing no 2. We are disappointed with the dinner. Was too expensive for just a basic appetizer and the dessert was plane banan, apple and dry orange juice with no presentation at all that why all the guest who had the dinner with us didn’t touch the fruits they served.

Hotel bien situé au pied des dunes de Merzouga. Personnel agréable et serviable. Chambres de qualités. L'hotel propose des excusions dans le désert en dromadaire pour voir le coucher du soleil. Nous vous recommandons cet hotel.

Bed was wel een beetje aan de kleine kant.
