Friendly staff. Good location and nearby to the centre but to hard for grab to get the pick up point. Room was spacious. Their breakfast is not variety but has a good taste.

I would like to stay here again.

Pelayanannya sangat sangat oke. Ada dideket pusat kota jadi kemana mana tinggal jalan kaki aja.

For the place is good location for walk around the city. I recommend 🌼

我不知道酒店接待员是否也是老板，但他很友好、热情、平易近人。早上10点开始提前入住也可以，但是延迟到下午4点退房不收取额外费用，可能是因为我去的时候客人很少，空房间很多，所以大家都很放松和舒适。总体来说物有所值。

The hotel location is good but at the noisy street. Need to walk up the staircase to the Hotel Reception Counter. It will be very troublesome if you're travelling with many luggage. We booked Junior Suite with Balcony for 2 nights & requested for high floor & accessible by lift but the hotel put us at Room 308, i.e.: the floor above the Reception Counter. We need to walk up via a very narrow staircase to our room, it's extremely inconvenient for elderly & limited mobility guests. The room size is okay but street noise & reception phone rings, hard to sleep. We requested the hotel to change room, the hotel offered us lower category room without balcony, we were disappointed as we paid for room with balcony. The room balcony is very narrow, two units of AC compressor seated on the balcony. No table nor chair, don't deceive by the picture on the website.
