Wow. We stay here 4 night. And we really satisfied. Kamarnya bersih, pelayanannya luar biasa.

Worth the price. The room was spacious and the staff were accommodating and attentive to our requests. They even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight.

+ Relaxing stay. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Great food!- Stayed on the 20th floor, the smell of cigarette in the hallway is too strong. Not good for a pregnant like me.

It is a good hotel which I have stayed in the past, cause of that good experience I booked that hotel, on the web it was promoted as with breakfast and photos used are intentionally misguided as buffet but a packed breakfast placed on the chair in front of the rooms? Do these dirty meals a breakfast? Don't they consider the person eating that or having any allergy? If a Muslim person offered pork? Or a person who has allergies? In Europe, we have strict laws about any food on packing to inform what is it. It's a good hotel but for some reason, they are greedy to cash (in case they are renovating the breakfast room they have to inform before anyone book a room, Still city garden suites and city garden grand hotel is there we can book.

It was a breeze to check-in. The room was how it was in the ads. It was clean but since I stayed in a smoking room, I suggest you add more air freshener to keep it smelling a little less than usual. Also, your soap supply is very few especially now we need more of handwashing. I didn’t see any free alcohol as well. They will offer one-time request for ice, the next comes with a fee, so buy your own ice if you’ll need it. Other than that it was good. Additionally, if you will bring a car to park, their valet service is free (but don’t forget to tip). Thanks City Garden. I will surely book again soon!

Overall had a great stay! They were easy to contact through e-mail and check in was a breeze. The size for the room is just right for 2 people. If your room has no window/view, you may easily lose track of time. LOL. We ended up sleeping the whole day, and we're not complaining! Just that the drain of the bath tub can be improved.

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Staff are nice and conversant. I felt safe in my room. Plus I was not expecting a bath tub but I was happy to have it- plus breakfast was simple but great! Will definitely go back and recommend this place! 😍

My family had an awesome stay at the hotel. Despite not having parking at the hotel, they have a good valet service. We love the level of service the staff offers. The moment you step in the hotel, you would feel important. All staff are all smiles and courteous to the clients. Love the ambiance of hotel as well. Food doesn't have a very wide array of selections but they have available food upon request. Overall, it was great and highly recommended for a good price.

Very accommodating lahat from receptionist, guard, room attendant, waiters, housekeeping to pool attendant. they allowed us to check in early and check out late. just have to inform front desk early. Buffet is good. pool is great and the roof deck restaurant. Room is clean.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. Customer service is excellent!

The place is nice. We feel Comfortable. It's clean and perfect place to stay.

Location is very close to shopping mall. Very easy to get online taxi. Room condition is very nice.

(+) Overall stay was good. Breakfast buffet was decent. (-) Noises from the hallway can be heard inside the room.

Only prob. When you order or get something it takes a while. Worst it was delivered to me on the time we check out. Haha.
