Staff very friendly and accommodating. Alì was great, always available, she truly made the difference. Very basic, good value for the money. Seaview room was small but comfortable. Difficult to find parking.

What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky enough to have a Seaview 😊 though my only suggestion would be to have the windows cleaned on the outside, and the remote for the TV (room 4 I think) didn't work but the TV had controls on the side so it wasn't that much to moan about. Back to the hosts, very welcoming, and treated you with great enthusiasm and professionalism. If you have difficulty with mobility this wouldn't be the hotel for you as all the rooms are via stairs including the entrance to the hotel. The continental breakfast is plentiful and our newborn baby was doted on. We were meant to come back for the opening weekend of the illuminations but unfortunately we're unable to make it - but we will certainly be back again. The location even though in South beach the tram stop is directly across the road.

Great hotel with an ideal location for the seafront, customer service was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

The bathroom is small and there are no towels

There was laundry placed on the radiator at the entrance. Bathroom was unclean lots of hair in the wash basin and shower. Therefore we were not able to take a shower in the morning.

Clean, good for price, short walk to pleasure beach and pier, ran by lovely couple.

Nice room, very hot good shower, friendly host. Very close to the Pleasure Beach and the train station. All in all everything we needed for our short stay.

This is a very pleasant hotel with a lovely host who could not be any more welcoming or helpful and an absolutely cracking breakfast would highly recommend

Wheather was rubbish but did not stop the fun the hotel owners were very friendly an helpful the hotel was very clean an welcoming would definitely recommend to family and friends 10/10 for me unfortunately we didnt have the breakfasts as we ate out but they did smell amazing will definitely try next time we decide to come down for another holiday

Great place to stay and really nice guys who own the place. I stayed with my two children in a top floor room with a sea view. The room was really clean. The breakfast was great and great value :-). We will definitely be staying again. Thanks

Lovely clean and comfortable place

Hotel staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night and found the beds to be comfortable and the room warm. The room was clean however there was a fair amount of wear and tear which was visible and so made the room appear unclean. The curtain poles were rusty and the curtains themselves ripped. For us this was a last minute booking, and only for one night so this was ok, but if we had been staying longer, the finish of the room (curtains etc) would have been disappointing. The hotel itself though was a good rate for a fairly decent room, we didn’t use the facilities such as the bar or dining room but these appears to be well looked after and clean. It just needs a little TLC in the rooms.

Brilliant stay, very friendly staff and an ideal location. Breakfast was spot on also would definitely recommend.

The stay was enjoyable, comfortable and effortless from start to finish. Will definitely use this hotel again on my next trip
