酒店设施还不错，中规中矩的四星级酒店，性价比还可以，全家开车去度假，住了一晚，离岳阳楼景区开车不远，楼下就有吃饭的地方，右边有个大院，里面有几家家常菜，味道很不错的小馆子，吃了些洞庭湖鲜，大厅里还有很贴心的旅游指路牌，停车方便

地點好，旁邊就是商場餐廳，公交打車都方便，離岳陽樓不遠，房間夠大床鋪舒適，整體設備環境很不錯。浴室有異味，使用過後好些，但過陣子又有異味出現。別房客人吸菸煙味會飄進房裡，房間都是很濃的煙味，整晚不斷，非常難受。

本來訂了雙床房，check-in的時候前檯職員卻說我們訂的是大床房，擾攘一番後，才給回我們雙床房 上到去後，發現雙床房很大，竟然有一個接近獨立間隔的書房(也就是比普通的酒店多了整整一個書房) 酒店樓下交通很方便，有公交車站，也有很多店舖及食肆(包括kfc、pizza hut、starbuck等等) 由酒店到岳陽樓景區(巴陵廣場、汴河街及岳陽樓等等)，大約半小時左右

櫃台人員很有耐心，處理事情也很有效率！ 整體舒適，但地毯老舊，希望能更換 可惜沒有飯店早餐！ 訂房時應該有靠街道跟不靠街道的選項！

無需贅述其極其優異的地點與符合四星級的設施; 而更令人感動與滿意的是其富有人情味的服務: 因臨時人民幣所剩不夠, 跟大廳服務員交涉, 想以外幣(新台幣)代替作為房間押金以換回本來當作押金的人民幣, 服務員竟一口答應, 服務態度也始終保持相當良好! 本人實在欣喜萬分, 若有機會再來岳陽, 必會再選擇此酒店!

酒店服务不错，区位也很好。但“好订网”的服务很差，第一未把订单交给酒店，以致我们到酒店后无法入住；第二，答应和酒店沟通后，会给我们回电的，但一直未接到回电；第三，直至今日，仍未给我们道歉和合理的解释。

Good stay over all, but very noisy, apparently the windows are not sound proof at all. We were on 22nd floor !

No visa or MasterCard accepted. No English speaking staff. Very bad smell in the rooms.

This is a very nice hotel. Their standards are high. The breakfast buffet had a broad selection and high quality. The 20 minute walk to the lake is a great way to see the people of Yueyang. The staff was excellent, particularly Vera Wang -- yes, that's her name.

Excellent hotel and a good choice in an area with limited selection. Well located in the central area. Easy to walk around from there.

As a building the hotel was contemporary bland and could have been anywhere. The staff make the place. WiFi didn't work. They had us in a better room within 5 minutes, no excuses. They helped with language issues and were always courteous and had a fun side.
