- Location 100%- Staff 100%- Cleanliness 100 %. I give ☹ for room comfort because there 2 people had sex in the afternoon while I was there at the room. Please, Please the hotel management to tell the guests no to have sex in the shared room. Have sex in the private room stupid! Book a private room then have sex there. I was really not comfortable.

Excellent location! Just across the central station in Hamburg:) The room is clean and neat! The receptionist is very nice and attentive to guests. The elevator is a bit small but works fine.

Superb Location! Just opposite Hamburg Hbf, Walking approx 1 km. To attractions and shopping areas. Stayed in 8 mix-dorms, luckily my room was not on road-side. Room was clean, and bed was comfy. Everything was good, except their super-tiny bathroom and shower room. Poor ventilation and too small. I can't even turn-around in the shower.

Everything seems to be charged, including storage of luggage after check-out. I had to deliberately ask for luggage room and assume the risk to convince the staff that I do not want to pay for the storage. Additionally, during the check-in, I was asked to produce additional vouchers though they already have a confirmation in their system that I have already paid and my booking is secured. The plus point was, during my second night, I had a horrible inconsiderate room mate. The hostel agreed to my request to switch room. Thanks for that.
