Amazing and ideal location for travelling through the area.

The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting Innsbruck. I would stay here again if/when I return to Innsbruck.

Parking was phenomenal… She upgraded me and my bathtub was solation! I have a bad back so it was perfect for me to get relief. All the restaurants were within walking distance… Thank you for a wonderful day.

Trevlig personal, god frukost och bra sängap

Lovely hotel with great restaurant facilities and welcoming and helpful staff. However, as it is located on a main street, it was a bit noisy at times if you had the window open.

Waren für 1 Nacht da auf der Heimreise - alles tip-top mit reichhaltigen Frühstücks-Buffet ! Auch am Abend hatten wir da zu Abend gegessen. Gute Qualität & netter Service 👍 Sogar unser Wunsch nach einem Kaiserschmarren wurde erfüllt- obwohl er aktuell nicht auf der Karte ist ; und er schmeckte vorzüglich 🙏 Also sehr Gäste freundlich ‼️

Tolles Hotel unweit der Swarovski Kristallwelten. Einzig die rutschenden Matratzen im Bett empfanden wir als unangenehm. Lattenrost niedriger stellen wäre vielleicht eine Lösung. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert!

Good Hotel, unusually good and warm sauna

Nice city and the hotel is close to the Swarovski crystal world. The beds were not that comfortable and the breakfast was just meh 😑
