Superior room booked but not too flash. Very old, tv no good, old as shower. Breakfast good

ห้องพักใหม่สะอาด อาหารอร่อย พนักงานคุยดีเป็นกันเองสามารถแนะนำที่ท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างเป็นกันเองมากครับ กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนครับ

This Hotel's mostly staff was actually friendly but it has someone who senior level she a bit low management and not have service mind when I ask about the money back for key card guarantee before I check out she rolling her eye to me and didn't say anything(WOW) and I call to booking for snorkeling package for one day trip with her before check in already she told me yes you can contact at the day to check in again no need to booking by money or anything just inform when I arrive she forgot! (even she can booking it immediately within that day) but I found that the Agency of snorkeling tour (Oxygen Tour) is very poor for safety ,not enough Life jacket because they carry over passenger from 83 persons on boat (it's write on boat) I heard they have 150 persons on boat from their staff discuss about lunch box , poor lunch box and mostly staff still be young. By the way this place is beautiful for Sairee beach and Foods at hotel is awesome you will love their breakfast and their staff is very lovely and nice for me. goods view in the morning easy to hang around pub and bar at Sairee beach.
