Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!!

Breakfast is amazing.

Everything great including the staff. The view of the beach and dunes from the breakfast dining area on the 8th is a postcard!

I have stayed at this hotel before and was looking forward to going back. Was extremely disappointed with service, there was faults in the room.

This hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, it is kept clean by lovely staff. The room was equipped with the usual amenities. In the shower there is Molton Brown shower gel and separate shampoo, there is a hairdryer in the wardrobe. In the bedroom there is a jetty and coffee maker and tea and coffee is supplied daily. The included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is excellent as are the lovely staff. Our one gripe was that on Saturday the back pool was overwhelmed by a group of a bridal party who took over all su beds then went in to lunch but left all their things on the sun beds preventing hotel guests getting sun beds.

Excellent room, thoughtfully appointed with good storage and lots of space. Breakfast menu and location were stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and responded quickly and effectively to all requests.

Sehe freundlicher Check-In. Nach den Formalitäten Führung in den wunderschönen gepflegten Garten jeder ein Glas guten Cava und alles erklärt worden. Wenn man ein paar Tage bleibt ist Hslbpendion empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück und Abendessen nimmt man im 8. OG ein. Phänomenalen Blick bis zum Faro de Masoalomas (Leuchtturm) und den gesamten Dünen. Das Abendessen befindet sich auf höchstem Niveau mit einer sehr umfangreichen Karte. Das Restaurant im 8. OG ist so was von einmalig eingerichtet. Überall Hingucker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten. Extrem saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel hat auch noch einen sehr versteckten tiefer liegenden Pool mir Liegen für stürmerische Tage. Sehr gepflegte Gartennlage. Ein sehr umsichtiger Gärtner!! Snacks lecker und vielfältig. Wenn alles klappt im Februar 2027 wieder dort. Ein Hotel zum uneingeschränkten Empfehlen!!! :-)

Great rooftop restaurant, breakfast buffet, and view!

Väl beläget och väldigt bekvämt i alla delar från hotellrum till gemensamhetsutrymmen och polområden. Väldigt seviceminded personal. Topprestaurang med utomhusbar toppnodge.

This is a great place, hotel is clean and well taken care of, staff is very nice and helful and the breakfast was fantastic! Everything is just in short walking distance, bars, stores, restaurants, beach etc. Absolutly recommend this placee!

Everything was great. Except the balcony. It says that all rooms have a balcony, but it’s an indoor balcony in some rooms so no smoking is allowed.

Staff are great, facilities wonderful and the whole experience is always great.

La décoration de l’hôtel dans sa globalité est magnifique,le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel,le petit déjeuner est très bon et le restaurant magnifique avec une vue splendide. Le seul bémol est la fumée du grill que l’on respire en permanence à la piscine à l’heure du déjeuner

The Bohemia Suites and Spa is a 5* rated hotel in Playa del Ingles, very conveniently situated for access to local facilities and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The welcome at the hotel was friendly and efficient, and we were very pleased with our room even though we opted not to have a sea view in order to have a deluxe studio with a kitchen so that we could cater for ourselves in the evenings. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Noise levels were generally very good - we could hear music each evening from the bar, but that finished by around 10pm In addition to a king size bed the studio had a double sofa and fully stocked kitchen - we were able to cook for ourselves whic was made even easier due to the close proximity of several supermarkets. Hotel facilities were excellent - we always found room to sit by the pool if we wanted it, the gym was very well equipped and the overall look and feel of the hotel was very positive. The 360 restaurant is superb. Breakfast was served there each day, affording excellent views over Maspalomas together with excellent food and extremely friendly service - attentive but not intrusive. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria
