No air condition & poor hot water supply for shower at night

It is clean and close to customer. Ideal for our trip.

Check in takes long time and the staff is not helpful. Poor breakfast. Good thing is many parking space.

Very good living quality with affordable price. Although location is surrounded by high way and no place to visit in the neighborhood, Hotel can provide shuttle bus for the place within 10km, including STMicrons Agrate campus and a Metro station in green line and can connect to Milan downtown easily.

아침에 뜨거운 물이 안나와요. 슬리퍼 없어요. 샤워실 물이 잘 안내려가요. 방에서 이상한 소음이 계속 발생해요.

Arrivato in albergo in tarda serata in concomitanza di un pullman di ospiti stranieri, impiego oltre 10 minuti per raggiungere la stanza a causa dell'affollamento dei due ascensori (impianto sottodimensionato visto la struttura), non iniziamo bene... Stanza confortevole e ampia benché fastidioso odore di fumo nel bagno credo del precedente ospite ma non ho voglia di discutere ed evito di chiedere un cambio. Colazione sufficiente per qualità e quantità anche se alcune scelte terminate non venivano prontamente riassortite, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. Parcheggio gratuito nei pressi, a due passi dall'autostrada.

Great place to stay, rooms were clean, ample parking and staff were very kind. Do bare in mind if travelling here you will need a car.

All otherwise went well but unfortunately the level of cleanliness wasn’t good. Especially when it was asked two times during the three nights staying. Didn’t like it all.

People could be nicer

Property was great near to Monza F1 circuit. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the bus services for Grand Prix. Staff were very helpful and very friendly they accommodated all our needs. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff Thanks

The hotel in itself was very good but the service was poor. Nobody to help you when you wanted something from the bar. The dinner menu could be better. The food we ate (burger) was ok.
