Every morning can enjoy an all day breakfast with coffee or tea. It’s nice.

Room was very comfortable housekeeping every day providing clean towels etc excellent breakfast with continental selection and a hot full cooked breakfast and asked if needed anything else … lovely bar and friendly staff

Nice stay, would stay again for a short time if needed.

I like the hotel for mainly convenience. It's just I get off coz of smell on the room

Lovely location, easy to get to beach via cliff lift, easy to find shops etc. Staff friendly and excellent food. Bed was a bit firm but still had a good night's sleep. Definitely recommend

The room and facilities were tired and bathroom cramped.Not very pleasant to have to sit on the loo with the lid pressing into your back because it didn’t have enough space to stay upright! The hotel was in a lovely spot and it looked like some of the rooms would have had lovely views. Not ours which looked into the side of another building.

Had a great time everyone very friendly and helpful, food was very good, Bedroom was a good size with a balcony that looked out to sea, the bathroom/shower was very small but the only problem was the shower was hit & miss with temperature and water flow

Very welcoming staff , check in, bar restaurant and at breakfast. Staff were there if you needed anything but equally happy to leave you to enjoy and relax. Location of this hotel was excellent

We stayed at the Harrow Lodge Hotel, using it as a base to get to the Isle of Wight festival. My first interaction with the hotel was 9 months prior to staying where I accidentally booked the wrong dates. The management agreed to move the dates without charging me the cancellation fee which was an excellent indication of the superb customer service that we experienced during our stay. We stayed in a family room which was clean and spacious. The cost (inclusive of breakfast) was very reasonable for a party of 4. During our stay, every member of the team we met was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely location, friendly staff and good value for a 2-star hotel - better standard than some of the 3-star ones on the Isle of Wight 🙂

Our one night stay was so nice. Beds are comfy with lovely pillows and duvets. Nice towels and well equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities. Friendly welcome and gave us early checkin. Weve been here before and would definitely come back. We had the best breakfast, cooked to order.

Every time I stay at the Harrow, it is an enjoyable stay. Gina and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
