The hotel staff, the cleanliness of rooms, the lay out of the rooms, the food all great……I felt for the staff…..so many soccer teams there that May long weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel over and over. Hard part was only 1 elevator working……due to negligence of guests months before. 1 of the best places I ever stayed

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very professional. The room was clean but the layout a little awkward. Bed right in front of the toilet room. The room temp was not able to go below 18.5 (locked on the thermostat) which is to warm for late spring early summer. Prepare to be asked for gratuity during breakfast from a piece of paper. Breakfast was mid (lack of hot items). One elevator was working which made it difficult in the early morning due to high traffic. Also 5$ dollars for parking which was unexpected because the hotel right across does not charge.

There were about 4 buses of teenagers at the hotel. The nights were so noisy. We barely slept. Placing rooms filled with teens next to families is an interesting choice..... no seats available at breakfast. Washroom door lock was broken and no working fan.

There was one working elevator in the entire hotel for hundreds of people Many loud children all over the hotel. The wait for elevator was ten minutes at times. And stopped at most floors. The hallway smelled like an ashtray

One elevator out of service, were told it had been out of service for over 2 months. Used stairs instead up to the 7th floor...lots of garbage laying in stairwells.Busy weekend there with lots of hockey/soccer and dance families. Incredible amount of noise in hallways after hours (yelling, slamming doors, running etc) front desk staff was quite rude when we asked for extra bedding. Was happy to be able to leave and go home.

Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all.

2 hours after we checked in, we got a call to our room making sure we got settled and asked if there was anything else we needed. It warmed my heart

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during a recent work trip. It's spacious and clean. Will be staying here again!

The breakfast was amazing! I find the configuration of the room is disappointing. We wanted a full suite with a separate bedroom but did not get that. Also, not a full suite as there is no full kitchen.

The place is top noch. The welcoming team The room The breakfast all are great. One thing please note the parking is not included is $5 per night even it said that is included. Not minding the $5 is just not clear at time of reservation. Anyway we like it
