The room is clean

The room was clean, well designed and decorated. The staff was friendly and willing to work extra hard to make our stay pleasant.

I said good not great. Staff was good, location convenient, amenities were good.

During check in staff did not ask whether I needed parking. I did not know hotel offered a lower parking rate. I ended up paying at the meter which was what I thought I had to do and costed more. I only found out during check out and the staff did not seem to care.

Hockey team hotel Our check in was after 4:30 Very noisey Terrible pool every single kid started coughing in the hot tub don’t go here if you want the pool for kids Hockey players swimming parents ignorant to others swimming watch your children Actual room when we finally got them nice clean Breakfast a bonn no is and good coffee for what it is but will avoid never again due to hockey games Went for bday hotel pool night for kids and def will stay elsewhere Inconvenient location for dinner to walk Hote should have offered something as in food vs leaving after the very late check in waiting in lobby, if the pool wasn’t terrible the kids may have just swam but that was ruined with whatever chemicals and hockey groups swarming our kids

Never made it to hotel do to the highway being closed and severe Weather conditions. The manager Wendel would not refund our room. So much for being a loyalty member

The king suite with bathtub was great, personnel was very kind, and we got two breakfast to go since we had to leave the hotel before breakfast was served. Great stay!

The staff kind and professional

Breakfast was just ok, not fancy, lacked variety. Excellent staff, Wendell @ front desk was pleasant and helpful.

The lazy staff allow other customers to fill up 10+ to go dishes leaving nothing left for anyone else. Several ppl had multiple to go dishes one lady having at least 12 just for herself. Another 7 for another lady. So breakfast wasnt an option as nothing was left & the staff dont care.

The bathroom light was flickering and the shower was dripping all night. Not a fan of the frosted glass doors for the bathrooms either.

There are black dirt coming out from the small holes on jacuzzi, should clean up before somebody use it.
