sudah pesan tapi tidak jadi bermalam disini. dan karena tdk bisa refund, jadi hangus. tidak tau seperti apa hotelnya.

Untuk hotel bintang 3 ayasultan hotel tergolong bagus. kamarnya luas, interior bagus, fasilitas di dalam kamar lengkap, breakfastnya juga enak. Terutama lokasinya, hanya 100m ke jalan utama sutanahmet dan stasiun tram, 400 m ke Bluemosque. Benar-benar puas sudah memilih ayasultan hotel selama di istanbul. Kalau ke istanbul lagi akan stay di Ayasultan lagi, insya Allah.

I did not feel happy staying at this hotel. It was terrible experience from the beginning, because the staff at this hotel (in reception) is not friendly, they also not allowed our guest to come to our room (we have guest at that time, our family members come). It's different when you staying at 5 stars hotel, they don't care if your guest come to your room. For me an my friends, we are not recommended this hotel. Better you find another hotel. But.. the location was good. breakfast was terrible too. Bedroom and bathroom are small, bed not comfortable. That's all.

It is closed to sultanahmet tram station
